I was introduced to Graphy through a free webinar and submitted payment for what was advertised as a 3-day Graphy Bootcamp presented during a LIVE webinar with Lakrisha Davis for the Masterclass, "Creating a Six-Figure Course Business from LinkedIn." The webinar was facilitated by Christine S. Ntim who shared details of the 3-day bootcamp.

Since this purchase over 1 week ago, I have not received any information regarding a bootcamp and have been scheduled for two zoom calls with users from India attempting to upsell and collect further payments on the platform.

I paid $20 during the webinar for the bootcamp and was prompted to pay the remaining $29 during my first of two zoom calls. In total $49 was paid to this company.

When I asked for details about the originally advertised 3-day bootcamp, no one had any knowledge of this. I reached out to support to request an immediate refund for these services and was advised to schedule a third Calendly meeting.

I discovered that there was no bootcamp and my payment was used to purchase a monthly subscription service which was impossible to cancel on their platform.

It is also impossible to delete your account on their platform. When I contacted customer service for support, I was again advised to schedule a zoom meeting with someone in India. I was also denied a refund when requested.

This company is a scam, I would highly recommend against investing any money and find a more reputable digital course creation platform.

Edit: After this review was posted, I received correspondence with details regarding the Bootcamp that I originally requested and was told I already received (when I did not) AND I am being told a refund will be processed. I have not received any refund and this company continues to contact my email despite my request to cancel my account permanently and no longer be contacted.

I have this platform and so far I am not impressed with it, I keep experiencing issues with it. I am glad I purchased a month to month plan, I think I will be leaving graphy...I keep getting error code...my site is not popping up, my course material is missing when I know I saved it....I really don't trust this platform for future students...

I signed up for Graphy's Digital Educator Platform to create an ongoing class. I attempted to create a website for my class, but the limited information they supplied to me to set it up, it became too stressful to continue. I decided to cancel my subscription, but there was no link. I tried to call the company, but it was an international call to India, and they did not answer the phone. I then emailed the representation who set my account up, requesting to cancel my subscription. I followed it up by making an appointment with another representative to cancel my account. He stated that he would personally cancel it for me. However, the next month the monthly fee was still deducted from my bank. I set up an another appointment with a representative, and informed him my situation. He requested a copy of the email that I sent to cancel, and I did that. I later received an email from him stating the he would cancel my subscription and refund my money in 2 to 4 days. It has been two weeks, and I have not received anything! I have sent several emails, with no response. This is scam company. Buyer Beware!

We’re six months into using Graphy to host our online education for real estate professionals in the U.S., and it has been a GAME-CHANGER. Transitioning from Kajabi, where we were paying significantly more for fewer features and limited support, Graphy has exceeded our expectations in every way.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly—even for someone like me, with no formal background in web design or development. What truly sets Graphy apart, though, is the support. I have a dedicated support person who is always just an email or video chat away. Every question or issue I’ve had has been met with quick, personalized assistance. I can’t recall a single time I wasn’t immediately helped, no matter what I needed.

Amazing people, amazing platform - we feel genuinely fortunate to have found a partner that’s committed to our success. Thank you to Fahmis and Zain, and the entire Graphy team!!

From sales right through to design and follow-up graphy were brilliant. It was easy to get connected and the service was always excellent. I am so happy I chose graphy that I have placed a second business website with them as well.

I signed up for Graphy's Digital Educator Summit 2024: Build and Monetize Your Brand with AI special offer through a webinar and they promised a deposit refund if you changed your mind. They were poor at following up after I signed up for the bootcamp session and did not refund my money. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT TRUST GRAPHY EVER AGAIN. November 7th update: After I posted this review on Trustpilot, they were quick to get back to me and refunded the deposit. Lesson: Online public reviews on trustpilot WORK.

I’m writing this review for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience with Graphy has been disappointing. While the sales team was great and responsive, everything went downhill after I made my payment. For weeks, even months, there was no progress. I had to constantly chase them, but got no response. Frustrated, I posted a 1-star review.

Only then did they assign a customer support representative who worked hard to resolve a number of issues. Out of appreciation for the effort, I removed my initial 1-star rating. However, after that, the responsiveness dropped again. We started the Android app deployment process, but now I haven’t heard back from them in weeks.

I regret choosing to do business with Graphy, and I’m considering moving away from their platform. I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of their 5-star reviews, as my experience makes it hard to believe they accurately reflect the service provided. I strongly regret my decision to choose this platform.

The customer service from Graphy has been outstanding. Setting up a new platform can be daunting and Astitav has been very helpful and held numerous meetings with our team to ensure we are running efficiently. I highly recommend Graphy and especially Asititav

Extremely helpful and patient. We have just begun and have lots of content so we haven't spend a tremendous amount of time on the website yet as we are still learning and doing backend organization still. But our rep is very nice and a pleasure to work with.

The customer service and relative ease of use are great...anything I can't figure out, my representative gets on the phone and helps me resolve. I'm also pleased with the quickness of sales and overall quality of the site and courses graphy helped me create. Additionally, they are consistently adding updates, new aids and marketing help and making improvements.

Though the success of my training sessions placed on graphy.com is in the making, I have no hesitation in recognizing the support and guidance provided, particularly by Mr. Astitav and Mr. Fahmi. The gentlemen's professional excellence and continued interest in making sessions go are highly encouraging.

I recently started using Graphy and they cannot be more helpful in customer support. Mayank, my support person, spent 45 minutes with me on the phone answering questions and helping me build my course. If you're looking to purchase a platform, I suggest you look into Graphy.

I'am new to graphy. So far I have been pleased with the decision to join their platform for my digital education sales and services. ASTITAV and his team and staff was extremely helpful, fast,professional and great with graphic design! I signed up for their affordable annual package! Highly recommend.

The sales process is straightforward and honest, and I was incentivized with a special promotion. From Day 1, Graphy delivers as promised, with a robust tool to market and deliver courses, a website, and numerous integrations suited to any business operation.

The platform is user friendly and staff super responsive and available to help which is great.
