Exceptional experience with Graphy! After outgrowing Kajabi's limitations, I switched to Graphy and couldn't be happier. Jithin's demo showcased the platform's value, and his exceptional customer service and support made all the difference. He was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, making the transition seamless. Madhushree's onboarding support was also outstanding, providing expert guidance and patience as I set up my platform. Graphy's flexibility, customization options, and ease of use have taken my online coaching platform to the next level. I had a really informative demo with Shan and a an amazing onboarding call from my dedicated Customer Success Manager, Madhushree N. Madhu is super helpful, clear, and very informative. The product itself is super easy to use and I'm excited to have this be the backbone of my business!

I am amazed at how simple it is to access and use Graphy! I had my introductory call with Madhushe. She was easy to understand and took the time to ensure that I knew how everything worked. I am no longer anxious but excited to build my platform using Graphy!

As a new beginner to Graphy, the platform is easy to use and self explanatory with the help of my account manager.

If you are going to use Graphy, know what your platform/niche will be to make it easier on yourself to create your content.

I paid for a year subscription. Six weeks later I was finally ready to create my course. Every time I tried, the platform crashed. Also, I was unable to change text font or bold. I sent a screenshot of the crashed platform. After a few days of trying to create my course, I decided to use another learning software as I was unable to use Graphy as it repeatedly crashed. I requested a refund and was denied. I paid for a Defective product and am being denied a refund. I have contacted my bank. I am out hundreds of dollars.

The session was well delivered and very informative. The clear and concise delivery made understanding the core features simple. Looking forward to using this platform!

Madhu was thorough and ordered and knowledgeable about the product. She had a pleasant demeanor and was patient and not hurried. I look forward to working with her during this project and have confidence in her services.

Company is proactive, setting me up to be able to access optional and free resources. I just got started, but I'm so far impressed at how easy the site is to use and the support the company is providing.

We had high hopes for Graphy as our LMS platform, but our experience has been extremely disappointing. During the sign-up process, their team assured us they would be available to assist with any issues we might face. However, when we reached out for the first time with an urgent need for support, we were met with complete silence.

Despite repeated attempts through calls and emails, we received no response. It felt like we were being ghosted, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. Reliable customer support is critical for any platform, especially one that positions itself as a solution for businesses, and Graphy failed us in this regard.

Ultimately, we had no choice but to switch to another platform to meet our urgent requirements. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Graphy to anyone.

Update:
After posting this review, the Graphy team reached out and requested my bank details, promising a refund. However, it has now been over 8 months, and no refund has ever been processed. Instead, every time they contact us, it is only to insist that we take down this review because they claim to have refunded the money — which is not true.

This behaviour feels like an attempt to “buy” reviews rather than genuinely address customer concerns. What’s worse is the repeated false accusation that we have already received a refund, when in reality we have not.

To be clear, any refund should have been processed on the basis of the poor service we experienced and the fact that we never used their platform — not as a condition for altering or deleting a review. The way this has been handled only further reinforces our decision not to recommend Graphy.

Everyone has been so supportive and helpful. I can get my questions answered immediately.

Bharath has been super helpful to me. I am older and not great with technology and he is super patient and kind. He takes my feedback about the Graphy platform, too, and makes every effort to get the needs for my projects attended to. I’m just in the beginning stages of learning Graphy but it has so many wonderful possibilities: courses, webinars, website, community aspect, email marketing, etc.

I think this is going to be a comprehensive platform to manage multiple aspects of the business I am building.

Madhushree has been an amazing help to me, and so kind and communicative! I appreciate her understanding of my needs to build my website and my Fitness application! 1000/10 recommend her to anyone looking for Graphy support!
