As a new business owner with a limited initial budget, I didn't want to spend a lot of time time or a lot of my resources on website design. Hiring a web designer would have been an extra cost. That's when I discovered Graphy.com, and after an initial personal meeting, I was really impressed. By signing up for a full year, their design team assists with my website, and I get a dedicated web design concierge, Fahmis Abdullah, who I can schedule appointments with anytime through his calendar. This consistency in design support has been invaluable as building a website is a huge task. Another benefit is that unlike other platforms, Graphy doesn’t require additional services like Mailchimp for CRM integration. Another feature is that you can create a community directly on the platform without extra fees. Overall, it's a single, affordable annual fee that covers a wide range of features!

I just subscribed and The team has been extremely helpful so far. There is a lot other consider and having some hand holdings is essential

I'd be the first to say that I'm not technically savvy, and have passed on several tech platforms that were comprehensive in providing all the tools I needed to start an online course, but above my technical knowledge base. So I'd ask about customer service and how much tech support can should expect to receive in using their service. These platforms would assure me their customer service provided an on-boarding coach, excellent group coaching, live chats, etc. I went with several of these platforms only to find their actually customer service lacking. So I was a leary when I came to graphy thinking that was to receive just another promotional pitch with excellent customer service; however, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that what graphy promised was true. My on-boarding manager (a live human being) was patient and stayed with me throughout the whole process of setting-up my automated online course. I am so glad that I found graphy and plan to continue using their platform for future projects.

I generally never leave a review, not usually impressed enough to do so. My experience with Graphy has been nothing short of amazing. Through the help of my account manager FAHMIS ABDULLA!!!! Love you Fahmis, soo grateful and blessed to have met you and have you on my team!!!! With Fahmis' education, email guidance and live google meet tutorials I have learned how to navigate Graphy's user friendly platform. I have created a website!!! That is a pretty big deal for me as I am not tech savvy in the least. Fahmis did not create the site for me, he taught me which is empowering. I have a set of skills and an understanding that I didn't have before. Graphy's platform has absolutely everything that I need as it has accommodated the thoughts in my head as I was creating the site. I hope the entire company has a team of Fahmis' but if not, get him, he's invested in your success.

The on-demand support is key to making Graphy a great product to use. Every product has its learning curve, but Graphy is intuitive and simple to use. Fahmis is easy to get ahold of and answer any questions that I may have. I also appreciate the creative ways to work through any questions that I have. This LMS is well worth the cost and great for those who are comfortable with technology, but not experts.

This is a terrible company based in India and are not easy to reach for support and there is no way to terminate the subscription. Like everyone has said, customer support is non-existant. I explicitly told them I wanted to terminate my subscription and did not want them to make a second charge on my credit card, but they did so anyway. Stay away.

Update: a live person finally responded to me and processed my refund. So, there was eventually some customer service. I am guessing much of their response to customers is via AI, but it's only a guess.

Still, if you are unfamiliar with this system and need tech support, they are in India and not easily accessible.

Graphy is good untill they get your money to sign up and once you are locked in they take you on a roller coaster ride. There is like one good consultant but other than that its not worth it, save yourself and find some other LMS. This is bad for business because they will exploit and ruin you. Don't deal with them.

I would like to share my experience with graphy .
I feel regret that I paid to the worst platform.
There is no services after buying the application.

They committ so many things before selling the product and later on they are least bothered to even answer through what’s app or any mail.
They simply treat you like an animal.

I suffered and my 800 students suffered and I lost students trust and bound to refund their fees just because of the bad experience with graphy.

No timely support .
No guidance.

Moreon of you ask for refund even then you will not get any response except that ticket number .

My sales excutive is Mohammad Saif and one other person as they said he is my manager .

I would recommend not to go with these fake promises made by graphy sales person and even the highest authority .

Worst Customer Service

The team at Graphy will force you to upgrade to their premium plan. I had tried Graphy and my KYC was done during onboarding. But later when I started collecting my membership payments, they held my funds stating that KYC is still pending, its been over 2 months that its still pending, no response or support from their team. When I call the account manager, they say that its taking long because I haven't upgraded to premium plan yet.

The team at graphy are a fantastic bunch of people, they are client focused . right from the pre sales to CSM to training all of them are approachable and helpful.

The portal is almost ready to go live , just some basic setups and a few clicks and you are ready to launch you first course.

The billing and MIS dashboard are again intuitive and covers the whole 9 yards. The experience has been simply amazing

Wanted to launch my courses from a long time, my friend suggested me to try graphy and it was the best decision.

Their CSM helped me set-up the site and launch my courses within 15days.

The platform is easy to use. The client support is great and we had a good experience when immigrating our community to graphy.

A great platform for content creators which solve all the needs of a creator as a distribution ,marketing and sales platform. Very happy to be the part of community.

Best service and support

My experience with Graphy has been nothing short of disappointing. I've received no valuable support since I joined their platform. The customer service is abysmal, and their IT support is virtually non-existent. I logged an issue two weeks ago, and it's still not resolved, with ongoing code issues.

It's clear that they have little regard for their customers' needs, and urgency seems to hold no value for them whatsoever. Purchasing their product has turned out to be the biggest mistake I've made. While they may be cheap in terms of pricing, their service is equally cheap.

I strongly discourage anyone looking for quality customer service from considering Graphy.

It's a very immature and unreliable platform, especially for hosting digital products. Here are the points I observed that has resulted in a subpar experience for me:

1. The user experience is very unintuitive and doesn't seem to be well designed for courses consisting of live 1:1 classes. I cannot schedule a class for any particular learner. Any class scheduled starts showing up for all the learners for a particular course.

2. The country-wise pricing is very very buggy. You can set different prices in different currencies for different countries, but the platform is very poor in determining which country a particular learner is accessing from, leading to broken experience for the end user.

3. Digital products is a very poorly designed feature. First of all, you cannot have country-specific pricing for digital products. Secondly, a lot of my customers have faced a blank page after logging in.

Overall, the product needs to mature a lot and needs to be more stable before anyone can do serious business with it, or you will lose out customers because of a poor end-user experience. Would not recommend at all. The only upside is see is the unlimited number of Zoom meetings and webinars that you can host. Other than that, there's nothing in the product that has really delighted me so far.

EDIT on 7 June 2024:
Now even the charm of the Zoom meetings is gone with the ridiculous update where they have stopped launching classes via the Zoom app and are forcing both instructors and learners to connect to Zoom with their browser ONLY. This means you can no longer share meeting links and your learners have to mandatorily be paid learners. I would be have been still okay with that had this experience worked, but it doesn't. The tech is just horrible and with such pathetic product decisions being imposed regularly, the only thing I can say is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM AT ALL COSTS!
