I had a trial account and I tried to delete that, and everytime I try, it simply redirects to some random site. Very fishy. Basically you can't delete the account, and no gurantee what will happen to your content or data. Based on the reviews by users, I am glad I didn't purchase the subscription, I was almost at the edge of buying it and regreting it.
The website seems great superficially & easy to use but nah
The website seems great superficially, and initially the team was very courteous, especially while I was paying monthly. However the interface is almost as complex as Wordpress, so get ready to figure it all out on your own- its Kajabi Part 2. They upsell the annual with promises to help you with migration and set up but the actual help and support needs to be navigated via an account manager, who may or may not show up after you've waited a week for your appointment to discuss the requirements. Once that happens the account manager may forget to follow up and come back after 3 weeks of holiday and at that meeting tell you there was some emergency and this somehow cancels out all the time your business spent waiting. Zero follow up, zero engagement after you have paid for the year. If you want to check them out pay only monthly and you may be able to get some results that way. Reached out multiple times and even had colleague reach out in native language Hindi and this did not facilitate or improve anything. There was a great deal of "yessing" and promises of help with set up and migration but no action or order or engagement to make that happen. Asked for a follow up email after I cancelled my plan, which still has 5 months left in it since they refuse to refund, even a prorated rate. Beware of this company, it could have been my account manager but eiter way be careful.

Great, easy to use platform at a great price. It's very helpful to have a dedicated Customer Success Manager, even at the lowest tiers, to answer questions and scale my offerings. Madshushree is my dedicated Customer Success Manager and she did a great job.
Great platform
I have been searching for an online platform for years that did all the things I needed it to do without costing too much. I came across Graphy and have been pleasantly surprised by their service. They have easy to create online class builder, multiple live class options, webinars, memberships, websites, landing pages, and even the ability to create your own mobile app in Google play and Apple. Their customer service is excellent! I cant speak highly enough about all the support I have gotten from various team members. My current specialist, Mayank has been such a great help and I wouldn't be able to do all this without him. They actually get on a live call with you and walk you through using their platform anytime you need it and at no additional charge. Im very happy with them and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to embrace the online world.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY, won't let you unsubscribe and will keep you charging money.
They are a SCAM in making,
They devoid customers of their right to unsubscribe, no user can unsubscribe from the platform, this happened with me:
- I tried unsubscribing but the button was unresponsive
- I booked a call with another sales rep straightaway who assured me that my account will be deactivated and asked me to email my account rep - fair enough
- I sent out an email to account rep, looping in the sales rep and told him that I want to unsubscribe, he assured me that my account will not be charged but asked me the reason for unsubscribing
Things were fine till now, but then -
- I did not receive a response from account rep and
- Instead received an email notifying me that my account will be charged after a week
- It seems they have not unsubscribed me yet and now there's 4 days left for my plan to be renewed and I've been ghosted by their team
- I could see from other 1 star reviews that how the situation fared for them in the past and hence writing my ordeal here.
INSPITE OF THEIR OKAYISH PLATFORM I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET YOU UNSUBSCRIBE!!! - WHICH IS UNETHICAL.

My subscription has been cancelled after writing this review (originally 1 star), but I'm still unable to access the details of the members that I had (over 550) and my digital product. I've been told that since my account was cancelled from the backend after my review, hence I won't be able to access the data.
The company rep didn't agree to the fact that their unsubscribe option is unclickable on the website - which is false.
They offered to enable my account till one day before the card charge date so that I can download my data - but I don't want to trust them again, specially after looking at past reviews where others have mentioned that customer service team is only responsive to trustpilot reviews for sometime and then they ghost you again.
I'm updating my my rating to 3 (take it as 2.5) in the hope that they'll stop calling me now.
I wouldn't call them a scam, would just say that they have low ethics (the unclickable unsubscribe button and manual process of unsubscribing with delays) and unreliable.
