Graphy is not worth the money. They do not respond to emails for 24-36 hours, and every minute counts in the beginning phase of a startup business. I am giving Graphy a few more days (going on 3 months almost 4), but I highly recommend researching alternate companies if you have no signed up with them yet.

Maybe they are understaffed, I'm not sure, but my company should not suffer because of that.

The tool is a little complicated initially but after a few tries I was able to understand the functionality and fel comfortable with the navigation. The best part was the support that I got from my Onboarding Manager Madhushree N, she was very patient and professional helping me in every step, she is great.

I am working with Madhushree N. and it has been easy. The work is excellent. The website with Graphy has all the functionality I need under one roof! Courses, webinars, consultations and my podcasts and more! I'm thrilled and I didn't have to do it all. Definitely worth considering working with Graphy.

I had a great experience obtaining the product and the price is well below the competition. The onboarding call was excellent and very helpful and everthing is easy to use. Loving it all!

They sold me a plan at a lower price. When I asked I want to create one more site then they want to charge me 4x whereas it was clearly communicated that I will create more sites by purchasing more subscriptions and the sales executive agreed to give that to me and now they are denying.

Biggest Regret of My Business Journey – Graphy is a SCAM

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Graphy has been the single worst decision I’ve made for my business.

They sell you a dream during the demo. Once you pay, the nightmare begins. The platform is unstable, buggy, and half the features don’t even work properly. You’ll spend hours fixing stupid problems that shouldn’t exist in the first place.

Support? Absolutely useless. Half the time they don’t even bother replying, and when they do, they just send you some garbage template reply without solving anything. You’re completely on your own.

They also sneak in hidden fees and random policy changes without any warning. You find out only when it’s too late. Basically, they trap you inside their broken system and then keep squeezing money from you.

I have lost customers, lost money, lost time, and lost sleep because of Graphy.
And the worst part? They don’t care. Once they have your payment, you’re just another number for them.

If you value your business even a little bit, DO NOT even think about Graphy. This platform is a sinking ship and they’ll happily drag you down with them.

Graphy is a great platform for hosting courses, webinars, and digital products. The demo impressed me, and onboarding with Madhushree was smooth—she was kind, helpful, and always available for support. Highly recommend for creators!

I love the graphy platform it does all of the same things that those high price competitors offer for a quarter of the price. The customer service is excellent and they make good on all of their promises. Before you go pay thousands of dollars with the other guy at least give their month to month program a try. I bet you will upgrade before the month is out just like me. Thank you Graphy for helping out small business owners like me.

I sincerely apologize for my earlier review, which was written out of frustration. Sometimes when things don’t go as expected, emotions take over. However, today was a completely different experience.

When the Graphy team reached out to me, they were invaluable and understanding. I truly appreciate the time and effort he took to resolve my issues.

I love the Graphy platform for course building and coaching. They have GREAT tech support and they offer so many services that other platforms can't beat or match, and the price is very competitive. I am not satisfied with the work they did. They did however remove the website they created for me from the internet at my request. It took multiple attempts but it is coming down.

Mayank extremely patient with me. He guides and helpables me with all questions and helps with all courses. I am able to constantly book as many sessions with him, and he will further explain all issues to me. Would highly recommend.

I began using Graphy about two months ago after trying a couple other platforms. I am extremely pleased with the product. It is an incredibly powerful, feature-packed Learning Management System and a great value for the price. It is also reasonably easy to use once you apply yourself to it.

Even better is the customer and technical support. Their team is always there to get on zoom to help you and guide you in using their platform. They are extremely fast at answering support emails and always communicate with you about what's happening with any technical issues.

I find it so rare these days for anyone to actually do what they say they're going to do and find the Graphy people to be a refreshing bright spot in a world starving for Integrity!
