Hello i am using Graphy since 2 years, but the response of the team is very very poor. There is no real person with whom you can solve the issue. My admin page is blocked since last 5 days and there is nobody to answer it.

Oct 25, 2022 They made me pay a second time by refusing access to lifetime membership which I had already paid for. I've been contacting support for years but their fake empathy without any refund or fairness was so cringe! Contacted the owners on twitter thinking they might return my wrongly taken money but they showed the same indifference.

Initially, I was having all sorts of issues. It was taking forever to get things done. Then I got connected with Akshay. Wow. Knowledgeable, responsive, the work he did was excellent and he showed me how to do things myself. He has made Graphy work for me the way I had hoped. Now I have one place where I can have a website, promote and host course and webinars, build community and more.

I love the support team. Akshay always comes through. They also have been holding great webinars with Jerri. She is so helpful and encouraging. The tool can be a little tweaky but the money I save is worth the trade off since they have support resources.

I joined Graphy in 2022 after being promised (via official email and WhatsApp) that I could upload unlimited courses. Based on that, I invested time and effort into the platform.

Suddenly, in 2024, they accused me of bypassing payments, even though I had already enabled revenue share and submitted all required details. One payment was even successfully received.

During a meeting, I was told I must now pay ₹40,000–₹45,000 for past enrollments. This demand was never mentioned in their original policy or during onboarding. Despite full transparency and providing proof, they suspended my account without fair resolution.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and lack of support. I have complete documentation to support my case.

Be cautious if you're planning to build your course business on Graphy.
