Now! Mr. Sashikanth is assisting me and he too is quite impressive on the first day itself..

A business gets success only with the customers and your team understands the value of "Customer SERVICE"..

I couldn't see the difference between product support and customer service. At the end of the day, it is customer service in general and your team excel here.

I recommend Graphy to anyone who needs an online platform. I enjoy all of the tools available, but the best aspect is their customer service. There is always help available when I need it and the tips I get are helping my business to grow!

I have used Graphy for my online coaching courses since July 2024, and couldn't be more pleased with the platform. Graphy is multi-faceted, offering everything from course hosting to an integrated library, from learning communities to messaging, from learning modules to Stripe payments. Teh platform is user-friendly and customer support has been exceptional. The whole Graphy team has been wonderful to work with, but I especially want to thank Akshay Jayakumar for all his help in creating and problem-solving.

Very bad post sales service. Be careful ,when you give any advance to this company. First of all, they will never deliver the services, secondly they will never return money.

I had paid ₹20,000 + GST to Graphy for my website development work, but the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never completed the work and kept giving false promises. After months of waiting, they finally informed me via email that they will not refund my money.

This kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable. They failed to deliver the services I paid for, wasted my time and refused to take accountability. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with Graphy. Transparency, reliability and customer trust seem to be completely missing from their process.

Their after sale service , which is the real task goes unanswered , and no proper system of resolving issues. Pathetic service. Do not go for it ever. They just give false hopes and assurance. They are making fools out of people.

Graphy has been our go to LMS for nearly 3 years now.
