Average experience with Graphy
The initial experience was quite horrible. I was assigned CSM Shikha who didn’t even care to contact even after 15 days. I asked for refund several times but Graphy team didn’t process that as well.
Also, the biggest red flag 🚩 was - I was looking for a fully personalised website - to which the sales person Nimish Sharma agreed to and he said they will make any kind of website I want and I just have to provide sample websites for reference. But, in reality, Graphy can only build very basic looking websites- their team took a U-turn on their own words. Now they said they can only build websites which supports their website builder. This ultimately means very basic looking websites. Thus I had to curtail on what I actually wanted.
I asked for refund as they have Mis-Sold their product to me but Graphy didn’t process Refund ever. Instead , they insisted on getting a website which are similar to their templates.
I got one website from Graphy but it is not even close to what I wanted. It’s a consolation.
Also, another red flag 🚩 is slow progress. Too much follow up is needed.
However, the experience of working with CSM Miss Saavi Jaiswal was fair , she delivered what was asked from her- in terms of the website development (within their constraints). Looking forward to her cooperation in the app development as well.
I would like to specifically mention the CSM Manager Mr. Aman for his kind cooperation.
The overall experience with Graphy so far is average.
Paid for bootcamp and website build - neither delivered, refund refused
Avoid Graphy - Services promised but not delivered, then they refuse refunds. Deceptive marketing tactics where they won't tell you about the 7-day refund policy anytime.
I purchased an annual plan in September 2025 for $885 after attending a webinar where they promised:
✗ Structured bootcamp program
✗ Professional website build service
What I actually received:
- No bootcamp access (57+ days later, still "escalating to marketing team")
- An incomplete website build despite providing requirements and admin access
- Upselling calls instead of promised services
- Refund denial citing "7-day policy" that wasn't disclosed at purchase.
The worst part:
Their customer service repeatedly deflected blame, claiming I hadn't scheduled enough follow-up calls to receive the services I'd already paid for.
When I requested a refund for non-delivery, they offered "extensions" rather than acknowledging they hadn't delivered what they promised.
Email evidence shows:
- The company admitted that bootcamp access was never provided.
- Promises of website completion that never materialized.
- Refusal to refund despite clear service non-delivery
- Blame-shifting to the customer for their delivery failures
Bottom line:
They take your money up front, fail to deliver core services, and then hide behind policies when you ask for a refund. I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back.
For future customers: If you're considering Graphy, look at the pattern of similar reviews below.
This isn't isolated - it's their business model.
Update:
Filed a chargeback for non-delivery.
The credit card company ruled in my favor immediately.

Extremely Disappointed with Graphy
My experience with Graphy has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with any LMS platform. Their handling of creators is unprofessional, slow, and extremely frustrating.
Despite fulfilling all revenue-share obligations from my side, they falsely kept raising “discrepancy” issues without providing any proper explanation or clarity. Even after repeatedly clarifying the figures and informing them about rollover students and bonus enrolments (for which they already took their share), they still blocked my entire admin panel and even learner access without any prior notice.
This caused massive operational disturbance and clearly shows how poorly they value their creators.
Communication is slow, support is unhelpful, and decisions are taken abruptly without understanding the creator’s business or community impact. It honestly feels like they are more interested in blocking accounts than solving problems.
If you’re a creator planning to build a long-term education business, I would strongly recommend staying away. There are far better LMS platforms in terms of reliability, transparency, and support.
Extremely disappointing experience overall.

Your response here is very different from how you treated me privately.
Since you mentioned “audit” and “supporting records,” let me put the facts publicly as well:
1. I have already paid more than ₹1.9 lakh in revenue share + ₹20,000 in platform fees.
I have complete supporting proof of every payment.
2. The so-called “discrepancy” you keep repeating was already clarified multiple times:
• Over 100 students were rollovers from my previous batch (for which Graphy already took its share).
• The 70 Elite enrolments were bonuses for my Telegram community, and Graphy already received its share there too.
3. Instead of resolving the matter, your manager repeatedly dodged direct questions, avoided giving a clear breakdown, and simply kept using the word “breach” without providing any actual proof of violation.
4. You blocked my admin panel and learner access without proper explanation, causing disruption for hundreds of my paid students.
5. You claim “we value creators,” yet at the same time you shut down access and keep repeating generic terms like “audit,” “breach,” and “policy” without showing anything transparent.
If your audit was genuinely correct, you would have:
• shared the exact mismatch amount,
• shared the calculations,
• shared the student-level breakdown,
• and allowed discussion instead of blocking access.
None of this happened.
I have every receipt, statement, and proof of the payments I made.
So please stop misleading the public with vague statements. If needed, I am fully ready to publish all proofs so creators can see how Graphy actually operates behind the scenes.
This isn’t a one-off “frustrating experience.”
This is a platform problem, and creators deserve to know.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience
I encourage Creators to not collaborate with Graphy. Three different teams have been ghosting me since we tried to do an event together. They have not followed through on payments that were promised in writing as a part of our collaboration. Overall their communication has been very inconsistent and disappointing. They also used fake sales tactics during the event that we hosted together. I do not recommend working with this organization.
Poor service
Poor service. Couldn't resolve a payment issue via Stripe. I am from Malaysia, and they registered my address in the US. When I requested them to sort it immediately as I have clients awaiting to enrol, the payment gateway was not working. They kept saying they were working on it but gave no proper explanation or time frame. I had to raise ticket 4x and was waiting at Live Chat for hours yet till now it couldn't be solved. If you can't settle it, at least communicate effectively, don't just keep us waiting.
I wouldn't recommend GRAPHY to anyone. I'm switching platforms. It's better to go to a reliable platform.
Please refund my money. If you can't solve a simple issue which is to update the address, I don't believe you could help to resolve future issues later. Truly regretting for choosing your service!

Excellent product. Feature rich, easy to use, highly functional in most cases. Unfortunately, some notable glithes make it untrustworthy for live classes.
Customer service is an UNAPOLOGETIC NIGHTMARE.
Email response time is approximately 3 months.
On moving to a paid tier, they allocate you "a dedicated relationship manager" for "realtime support". The avarage time to response is 15-20 days. Average time to resolution cannot be calculated because nearly all of the issues I have reported remain unresolved. Their primary solution to all customer issues is to simply deny that an issue exists.
Again, thumbs up for the product. Shame on the service.

Poor service, bugs and will disappear soon as you pay them.
Absolutely terrible service, they just want your money. The system is full of bugs which they won’t repair unless you’re a big influencer and they will happily lie just to make their lives easier. They’ll promise you everything when they ask you to pay, and then immediately abandon you. There are better providers out there, avoid Graphy.

My experience
My Experience with Graphy in initial days was disappointing. It was due to misscommunication between both the sides. Even am partly responsible for it. However, when I was getting directly involved in communication with Shikha, things were getting smoother. She played an instrumental role in getting my website completed.
