Really easy to purchase tickets from the website. We were going to the Abu Dhabi GP and as we left the week before the race I was a bit apprehensive about not having the tickets on time. I live chatted with the team and followed up with an email, received a response about putting a note on the order so that the tickets would be sent as soon as possible. The tickets were received 2 weeks before the race! Nothing was a hassle and all correspondence was pleasant and friendly. The advice leading up to the event was brilliant, a handy guide to race times and where to find things around the track! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for another Grand Prix and would 100% recommend. Oh, and the seats were fantastic!!

Excellent service and tickets arrived on time as said. The web site was very easy to use and customer service responded quickly to my questions. Will use again to book future tickets.

I’ve been to the USGP almost every year since it’s been hosted at COTA and this was the first year I bought a paddock club ticket and couldn’t have more impressed. I didn’t even think that my pass came with paddock parking but it did and that was a huge surprise. The experience is something I’m never gonna forget and will be doing it again next year. The only gripe I have is that the pass was supposed to be shipped to my residence and they didn’t send me an email saying I was supposed to pick it up at the track until the day before I was leaving to head to Austin. But that might be because I live in a smaller city with not as sophisticated shipping network with the shipper DHL. Other than that they are a great operation.

My 1st F1 race was a Great experience!! Grand Prix Events made it a stressless, fun & memorable weekend. All of the event staff were friendly and helpful. Will do again!!

Everything was very clear and easy to use,we got tickets moths before the race in the turns of the track that we like we got our tickets Two week’s before the race via email the work perfectly,I’m for sure use Grand Prix events again for next year

This was our first live Grand Prix and the whole experience from buying the tickets on line to the day itself was streamlined and easy to do. We travelled from Scotland to see the race. Such fun we will be back.

Generally I was happy with the race experience and with Grand Prix Events part of it. One awful part of the weekend you had nothing to do with, but I'm hoping you can communicate to the COTA people about, was the rideshare arrangements. With the circuit being out in the middle of nowhere and no good parking arrangements, we depended on rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to get to and from the track. The "to" part was no problem, but the "from" was a disaster, with 20,000 people trying to use rideshare facilities at the same time. People had to wait for hours for a ride in some cases, and the roads into and out of the site were as bad as could be. If I attend another F1 race, it won't be at that site in its current state.

We bought our tickets many months in advance, before they were sold through F1, thinking we would get the seats we needed. We were very specific that we needed aisle seats because my husband is a football player (retired) and his shoulders alone would go into the next seat's space, but to no avail - we were placed right in the middle of a row and feeling squished. I feel like we paid more than we should have for the same seats others paid for. I don't feel that we got any benefit buying through Grand Prix Events rather than F1 Ticketmaster.

When booking the tickets, they were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations on which tickets to get. However once booked, I never received any information on what time it started each day, the fact that there was live music every evening or any suggestions on parking/ uber pools. We managed to pick up a programme once we got there which really helped - ideally we would have liked to have this in advance to plan, even if they just shared a website to find the details.
