Worst company ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I ordered a shirt for my mom in June....here it is almost August she has yet to receive it. I went to the BBB since they wanted to play with me and I got a 60% refund well if it is not there by next week I will be going back to the BBB for the rest of my money. This company needs to be shut down.

I ordered a pillow for my granddaughter on 6/18/2020, 32.93 was charged to my credit card, Today is July 24th haven't seen no pillow yet.Very poor service, not the way to get customers. Guess i've been played. christine white

This is the third time I have tried to get a response to my email, money was taken from my account on 19 June and while I appreciate these are unusual times to ignore customer enquiries is not acceptable

Absolutely shocking. I ordered 2 x Grandma pillowcases almost 4months ago. They took the money immediately and here I am still waiting for the goods. Do not order from this company. I am contacting my bank to deal with it.

I love the t-shirt. It took a lil while to get it but I’m sure with COVID going around so bad it is a matter of patience.

The tee shirt is of great quality and the lettering was perfect. Delivery took longer than I expected because of COVID19. My only complaint was that the tee was sent in a soft package and is ectremely wrinkled. It

I ordered a pillowcase RL-10240-12903 on June 11th and to this date July 12th never received anything not even a receipt of my payment!

I love how the picture and the words on the gift I bought came out. It was very clear and the packaging for shipping was great. I love the product more after receiving it than I did when I saw it and decided to order it. I can't wait for Christmas now so I can give it as a gift.

The worst company to deal with couldn’t get the wording on my granddaughter’s blanket right and sent the wrong size shirts for my grandsons. Will never order again. The company should be made to shut down for false advertisement.

So happy I found this website. Really pleased with my purchase. Ordering was easy and my item arrived on time. I love the son in law coffee mug and I know he will too. I will be ordering again soon.

Wanted to give a zero but that wasn't possible. This company accepted my order and took payment on the same day, 32 days later I still hadn't received my goods. This was despite their website stating these items were still available. Via a webchat I was advised my order was stuck in 'processing' due to there being a delay in production and I couldn't have a refund. The agent I chatted to was unable to help me any further, it was not their fault, it's the fault of the company. I will never shop with them again

Saw the add for the grandchildren pillowcase and they answered questions saying that you could change GRANDMA to whatever the grandchildren call you...nanny, nana me maw etc. got to website to order and there was no area to change the heading , called the phone# and you can’t speak to anyone, emailed and got answers that the headings could not be changed. Why do they bother with false advertising ?

No phone number that is of any help. I received my mug in many pieces. and no on to help. Sent emails no response as yet. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

I gave it one star but this company does not deserve that. Terrible customer service; delivery not as promised and no way to talk to anyone. When product did not arrive, i tried to cancel order but they would not accept cancellation. Product, a fleece throw, finally arrived. Very poor quality, certainly not worth the amount charged for it. I recommend avoiding this company. Be aware of a company that has no telephone contact - they are scammers.selling inferior merchandise. No contact information on delivery receipt.
