auch ich habe ein Oma Enkelkindplakat gekauft das war bereits im April und bis heute ist nichts passiert .Laut Sendunggsverfolgung liegt das Plakat in Frankfurt.Ich kontaktiere seit geraumer Zeit das Unternehmen aber es kommen immer nur die Standartsmail,habe um Überweisung meines Geldes gebeten dieses wurde bereits am nächsten Tag vom Konto abgebucht.ich bin zwiegespalten.

I saw this site on FB and it showed the cutest coffee mug. It will be a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. I ordered it and before I knew it the mug had arrived in perfect condition. The mug has printing on it and it was on both sides which is a plus for the price. The printing was done nicely and I am sure my son-in-law will enjoy using this mug for quite some time. I will shop on this site again knowing the products are excellent.

I ordered a daughter-in-law blanket on the 6th of May and as of the 28th of May still don’t have it. And when I ordered it it never gave me an order number so I could check on the status of delivery.

Excellent print on cup, tiny sticker on bottom though that says made in China which was surprising considering what the price was for the cup

during this time I haven't recieved things order, so very surprised when item came so fast

The issue is not with the product. The worst canned customer service responses I have seen.
Then not addressing the issue and obviously not interested in even trying.
I gave up after 4 tries.
When i called no person responds only computerized voice commands.
Blame it on Covid -19.
You got my money....

I ordered a mug for daughter in law. It came as son in law. Not even the style I picked to begin with. And I did the claim 3 times and didn't get any further ahead. So I called and you can't talk to anyone. It just gives you 2 options and neither one fit this situation. I feel their customer service is very poor. It's obvious they do not stand behind their products as needed. I feel bad for my daughter in law she didn't get to enjoy what was ment to be nice and a surprise. What a disappointment to her and myself. Please make this right. I would then make a change in my rating of this company. You do have my email address, please make it right.

We ordered two mugs for mother’s days gifts in April. They arrived separately. One fine and one broken. We had to “file a claim” and send pictures to prove it was broken. They were not packed well and did not have fragile on outside of box. It is now the end of May and we still do not have the replacement mug. We contacted them again and were told it was delivered. That would be the delivery for the second mug, and not the replacement. Very hard to deal with and take no responsibility for their lack of packing properly.
