I ordered a granddaughter blanket. The words it had on it were so perfect for my 15 year old granddaughter. It was beautiful, the quality of the material was great. I washed it before giving it to her. It came out as nice as it was before washing. I loved it, as did she.

I ordered a ‘granddaughter blanket’ as a gift for my 26 year old granddaughter. The blanket arrived quickly and was nicer than I had even imagined!
It is a Christmas gift, so she hasn’t seen it yet, but I know she’ll love it!

I ordered a poster for our granddaughter yes t said “our” Granddaughter and is signed “Love Grandma and Grandpa”. It was the only one I found that would be from the both of “us” to “our” and not just “my” granddaughter! Received it quickly, now we just need to get it framed so she can hang it in her room! Love, love, love this poster!!

I bought a poster for my granddaughters. It is beautifully done and the sentiment is how I feel about them, however I would never have been able to say it the way They did! I am very happy and will order again!

Well my first order was AWESOME where I requested to put "MawMaw" on the Poster which you did.

On the 2nd Order I am very upset. I requested again to put "MawMaw" on the Poster and you DID NOT!! YOU PUT GRANDMA ON THERE!!!

I have ordered a couple of shirts from this company. Took a long time for the 2nd shirt, however with this Covid-19 everything is slower. The shirts r always top quality and will order from them again.

I would give it negative stars if I could. On 5/7/20 I ordered a mug for my future daughter in law. 5/16/20 I got an email it was shipped. On 6/12 I contacted DHL who had the shipment because it showed nothing past arrival in St Louis on 5/29. I got mumbo jumbo From then so I contacted coolgrandmatees the same day. They told me to file a claim. I did and was given a claim number. The next day I received an email telling me that the claim has been denied because it was too late to cancel the order since it was already in production. I sent them copies of the shipping notice and the DHL tracking. It is August 11 and I have yet to receive an answer. This place is very obviously a scam.

Loved it so i ordered 1 for my grand daughter, woops sent the wrong 1. 5 days later sent the right one. Great customer service. The butterfly 🦋 1 is beautiful, my grand daughter loves it. Will be ordering 1 more for my other grand daughter. They are beautiful and great quality.
