I ordered a shirt in a dark color...you couldn't see what was on it very well..so I contacted customer service ..sent the a picture of the shirt...no problem..they told me to go and pick another color..and they sent it to me free of charge...am very happy with them.

If I could do less than one star I would! I accidentally ordered two shirts with the same message. I immediately tried to cancel one and I was told it was too late because the order had already been processed. However, it was over two weeks before the shirts arrived. I tried to contact customer service but that is I possible, because there are two options: 1 to track your order or 2 to cancel your order. I tried to send a email about my problem and was told I would receive a reply within 72 hours. Well, I received an email well after 72 hours that they are SENDING ME ANOTHER SHIRT! I am so angry! At here is no way to talk to anyone, nor do they appear to care about their customers.

I love the item I purchased for my son-in-law and the quality was spot on and the lettering was perfect. It will be quite the hit and it was reasonably priced. Prepared and mailed within the United States!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I ordered a granddaughter blanket as the words on it were perfect as she was feeling particularly anxious at the time. Had confirmation email straight away but when the blanket hadn’t arrived in 3 weeks, I emailed the company and within a couple of hours I had apology from them and said it must have been lost in transit and that another one was being sent. A week later the blanket arrived and it’s perfect. Lovely quality, very soft and my granddaughter loves it. Great company with excellent customer service!!

The blanket I ordered and didn’t get till a month after my granddaughters 1st birthday which I ordered 5 weeks before her birthday. So over 2 months to get to Australia was disappointing. However they did re send another one, which I was happy they did. The tracking is poor, there is none when it arrives at destination country. And the blanket was very thin, not worth the $83.AUD it cost me. Don’t think I will buy again.

I ordered the granddaughter blanket and was charged 7.29.20. I received NO email confirmation so have NO order number. Their contact information is a farce--you go in circles and get nowhere. It is impossible to talk to a human being. My next step is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I won't order from them again. They have no idea what customer service is.

Ive found this company very unhelpful. I ordered one hoodie and they have shipped 7 items and charged me for them. Further more they have told me that I can not have a refund for these items that I did no order. So instead of £40 I have been charged £210. DO NOT USE

I ordered a canvas for my sick wife. My money was taken in 1 minute. Received no confirmation email and no product has arrived. Has been on 3 weeks. Was for her birthday.
