I would put a minus if l could, l ordered a t shirt on 1st December 2020 and still not arrived, l asked for a refund and got told no its to late, open a claim, when l tried l could not send it, what a scam company, l am still waiting for my money to be returned. I had an email saying they would send another one and charge me, They dont want to do that as l am fuming now.

Purchased shirts and masks from Grandmatee and was very pleased with the outcome. Items were well made with clean and crisp graphics.

Customer service was very disappointing.... I received the white shirt and there was black ink from the printing on the right shoulder in two different places. I cannot give this t-shirt as a gift like this. Because it was more than 15 days before I sent a claim, it was rejected..... 15 days or 30, the shirt still has their blunder on it, they should have corrected the issue. No more orders from me!

I love the shirts I bought for my 2 son-in-laws and son. In fact my son-in-laws requested them for Christmas. The shipping was fast. Great transaction, especially during this pandemic.
