Literally can't even get to the website. It's blocked by an unavoidable pop-up to take a test on looksky. Absolutely horrible, was going to buy a dress but now I'll be looking else where. Will be telling my friends and family to avoid this unusable site

I have been unsubscribing from their email list every single day; yet I continue to receive emails.

Absolutely LOVE Grae Cove! I am blown away by their quality. It is rare something surpasses expectations, but the clothes are beautiful fabric, well made seams etc. Lovely and breathable for summer. Pay attention to their sizing charts. They have one for body measurements and one for clothing measurements. If you take proper measurements, you will choose the right size. I have ordered many items and never needed to do a return. Shipping does take awhile straight from factory in China but that cuts down cost with no warehousing apparently. I truly hope they are not about to go out of business because they have sales and no new items!

I bought 4 items. Two of which I really liked and kept. The other two just didn’t suit me and I started the return process. But it was so annoying. Instead of just processing the return they kept offering me deals and said “then you can gift the items to a friend or find another use for them”. Like, no. Just process my return. I won’t shop with them ever again as this process was so annoying. Still don’t have my money back

After initially having my order take far longer than I'd hoped to arrive, I was very happy with most of the clothes I'd ordered.

However, for those clothes that I wanted to return, I received an offer of a discount to keep the clothes. I insisted I wanted a full refund. They processed this immediately, and told me to still keep the clothes.

I've never come across a discount offer or been told to keep refunded clothes. A very sustainable option. Thank you

I placed an order for 3 dresses on 8/24. Two shipped quickly and arrived on 8/28. One did not fit at all, the other I was on the fence about, but wasn't going to make a return decision until I received the entire order. Went on vacation on 9/4, and when returned on 9/13 dress had arrived. Yay! Unfortunately did not fit. I reached out to Grae Cove on 10/9 to initiate a return, and was told that because my order had arrived on 9/6, I was outside the return window. REALLY? My order is delayed, I don't receive it in time for the vacation I ordered it for, I initiate it within the return window, and you won't honor your return policy by 3 days?! Geez, not a way to keep customers. Buyers beware.

I have bought from Grae Cove once and liked my purchases, however I am now receiving constant emails despite having unsubscribed several times. I have also sent emails which have been ignored. Please stop sending emails!

Appalling customer experience…great linen product. No phone number to call. Have followed guidelines to obtain return label. Emailed the customer service address 4 times now. After the first, I received a random value of £27.92 without a label. The return value is £39.99 and when I queried, I’ve not received any further comms from the company. So no idea what I should do? Really dreadful!

In a way I should have known better - I got advertised Grae Cove on instagram, and after seeing a linen dress that I fancied ordering to have in time for a holiday that seemed reasonably priced, I went ahead and purchased it - however I have yet to receive my item (I placed my order on 9 September, nearly a month ago!) and after chasing up my order with them last week, they e-mailed me back to say the item had been delivered already (it has not..). I have since sent them several e-mails, explaining that the parcel never reached me, and have yet to receive a response to any of them. I am, at this point, clearly being ignored.

Unsurprisingly, they don't have a contact number that you can reach them on either.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! It's obviously not set up in a professional manner like longer standing brands/companies, and if you're advertised their products over the internet, tread with heavy caution. I certainly will never be ordering from them again.

Essentially, as things stand, they've stolen my money, and I'm yet to receive a product.

The material is great and the colors are lovely! The items didn't fit me quite right and the customer service was great! The only thing I would change is not having the clothes shipped in plastic bags. :)

I purchased some items but they didn’t fit well. I’m waiting for a return label at the moment which apparently should be sent to me. I found the actual return process very fiddly but hopefully the return label will be sent asap so I can resolve this quickly.

I was impressed by the company's willingness to set right what had gone wrong with my order. Above and beyond. I really like the product. A little shy of ordering again as I didn't get what I ordered until the season had almost ended. But I will try again.

I was pleased to hear from Grae Cove. They are issuing a refund for the items that do not work for me. I will check my credit card statement periodically. Thank you.

Returns policy not fit for purpose - they do everything they can not to take clothes back. Would not use again.

Lovely quality clothes that I’ve been really happy with, but trying to return one item that doesn’t fit, has proved very difficult. It’s a shame as it would put me off ordering from them again.
02.09: Just an update - GC have been in touch and everything is now resolved.

Never again buying anything from #graecove . I ordered a linen shirt a month ago. The quality was good but it was not true to size. I submitted a form to initiate the return process two weeks ago. I haven't yet received shipping label from Grae Cove. Completely disappointed with the return process. I would never buy anything again from Grae Cove.

I placed my order over 40 days ago and it has never arrived. I would expect that the company would wait for verification of an order being received before sending automated emails asking how much a customer is “loving” their purchase.
