Great trip to monza and ticket purchase was simple

Delivered on time and answered email fast for support.

Last-minute ticket cancellation for Monza 2025. They were supposed to send tickets ten days ago. They assured us it was just a print delay. A day before the event, a mail came, super unclear, leaving us hanging. They made us choose between a 20% discount or a refund. Terrible crisis management. Ruined the whole trip. Watched the race in a pub in Milan.

⚠️ Avoid at all costs. Our 3-day general admission tickets for the Monza 2025 F1 Grand Prix — booked months in advance — were canceled just one day before the event. This was supposed to be the highlight of our honeymoon. We had already flown to Italy, paid for accommodation, and built our entire trip around this experience. To make it worse, we couldn’t reach anyone — every call went straight to voicemail.

This once-in-a-lifetime trip was ruined. We will only consider changing this review if our flights and accommodation are fully refunded.

My friends bought a general admission ticket for my birthday on February.
2 days ago the emailed me telling that they didn't have the ticket and they will refund the price.
Very unprofessional and poor service.
A refund for the ticket is not enough for the suffered damage when an entire week-end has been planned long time ago.

Ce site m’a fait vivre un enfer pour le GP de Monza.
J’ai commandé un ticket Gen Admission il y a plus d’un an.. sur le chemin pour venir en Italie, je reçois un mail me disant que le site n’avait plus de place pour moi… j’ai cru à une blague car on pouvait voir sur le site qu’ils vendaient encore des places…
Bref, je contacte le service pour avoir plus d’explication, personne ne répond mis à part un mail me disant que je serai remboursé.
Ensuite ? Je renvois un mail pour demander l’un des billets toujours en libre service sur leur site officiel ?
La réponse ? « Desole vous aviez commander un billet Général Admission, ces billets sont d’une autre catégorie »
Mais c’est mon problème à moi si vous ne pouvez pas assumer des billets que j’ai réservé un an à l’avance ?
Du coup aucune réponse, pas de dédommagement sur le logement, le train etc… d’ailleurs plus de réponse du tout à mes mails.
Je ne réserverai plus jamais via ce site.. des tueurs de rêves !

Acquistati 5 mesi fa biglietti per il GP di Monza. Solo pochi giorni prima ci è stato detto che non erano disponibili con una motivazione poco comprensibile. Attendo rimborso totale, ma meglio stare alla larga.

They say we will receive a refund, but we are already in Milan (book flights, hotels, rent 2 cars) and got in the day before the races that we have no tickets.

Truffa...comprati 2 biglietti per il gp di Monza ci hanno detto il giorno prima che non li avevano. Ovunque sul web sono presenti info che nemmeno rimborsano. Intraprenderemo via legali e denunceremo alle autorità competenti.

Absolutely unacceptable service! We booked our tickets months in advance for the Grand Prix, only to be informed the day before the event that no tickets were available after all. This is completely disrespectful to customers. How are we supposed to make alternative arrangements at the very last minute for a sold-out international event?

Now we just hope for a refund. But the refund is simply not enough when an entire trip and once-in-a-lifetime experience are ruined due to their incompetence. Their communication are appalling, they never answer to the phone or to my emails. I strongly advise against using this service, utterly unreliable and unprofessional.

Initially I had a very negative experience: after purchasing two tickets months in advance and paying immediately, I was only informed the day before the event that the tickets would not be delivered. This created not only financial damage but also emotional disappointment, as it was meant to be a special birthday present. At that time, all I received was a refund after the event date, without a concrete solution, which left me very dissatisfied.

However, with time the company reached out to me again, not only refunding the tickets but also offering an additional reimbursement as a gesture to make up for the inconvenience. This showed that, despite the problems that can sometimes occur, they care about their customers and are willing to take responsibility.

Mistakes and organizational issues can happen, but what really matters is how they are managed afterwards. In the end, the company demonstrated that it stands by its clients and makes an effort to resolve situations. For this reason, I can say that while my initial experience was disappointing, the follow-up has shown attention and accountability.

I’ve bought ticket for the monza Gp in march and I’ve been emailed few minutes ago that we wouldn’t receive tickets, I think when it’s your fault you have to find a solution or surclass people
Nobody answer to the emails or on the phone
It’s sad because hotels are booked flight also
I don’t recommend you to buy on this website and I would not buy again
They are not professional

They informed us a 3 days before the event that they could not secure tickets.
All the costs of hotel, flight and other accoomodation will be lost.
And we are not sure if the refund will be done.
They seem like totally SCAM company.

He realizado la compra en “FEBRERO” para el domingo 7 de septiembre 2025, y resulta que faltando pocos días para el gran evento me dicen que se está tardando en realizar las impresiones pasa el tiempo y el miércoles me notifican que posiblemente no vayamos a recibir las entradas porque su proveedor les quedó mal, y la única solución que nos daba es devolvernos el dinero.
Lo que la página no se da cuenta o la gestión que están realizando, nos afectó muchísimo porque era un plan que ya habíamos hecho desde hace mucho tiempo(TICKETS DE AVIÓN, HOTEL).
”DINERO PERDIDO” y no puede ser que por una falta de organización interna tengamos que perder todo, pésimo servicio, no recomiendo comprar en esta página, me siento estafado y engañado.

Monza gp, they cancel the day before

I ordered 3 tickets for Monza F1 General Admission back in March, no issue there I was told I would have the tickets 10 days before the race. 2 weeks before the race I was then told there was a printing issue and I would still have the tickets but a few days before the race which grew my concern as I flights and accommodation was booked. After emailing again expressing my concerns they returned an emailing saying that they had not received the correct tickets and gave me options to either wait and see if they could get tickets elsewhere, discount on my next purchase or a full refund. So we waited as I'll never be using this site again & I expect a refund If I don't get these tickets. So the next day they emailed saying they couldn't source these tickets and instead I was getting a full refund. Which isn't any help as flights and accommodation is already payed for. So the bottom line is DON'T USE THIS SITE there not reliable.
