We purchased our tickets 5 months ago, along with hotel and flights. Just 2 days before the GP, we received an email saying they had sold tickets they didn’t actually have.
Translation: we can’t go anymore.

On top of that, it’s impossible to reach them either by email or by phone.
Now we’re just waiting to get our money back.

Absolutely shameful and unacceptable!

Bought tickets for Monza about 6 months ago. Booked flights, hotels.

We got reassured 3 weeks ago that the tickets were going to be delivered but late because of a printing problem. Turns out they didn't have tickets !

They sold tickets they didn't have. We got an email yesterday (2 days before the event) saying they didn't manage to get our tickets. We lost so much money.

On top of that, NO customer service. The phone number is a voicemail box, and the emails and chat options are like talking to a brick wall.

WORST SITE EVER, DONT EVER GO THERE. THEY RUIN PEOPLE'S HOLIDAYS

The tickets supplied were for the correct location. However there wasn’t a face value on them.
Further research suggests we paid around 30% more than we could have.

Bought tickets back in March, the event is this weekend and today (Wednesday) they have told us they cannot supply our tickets. Hotel and flights already paid for, really disappointed to be let down - DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE. Customer service just goes straight to voicemail

Two days before the Monza GP, I received information that they were unfortunately unable to deliver tickets because they hadn't secured them with the supplier. I should point out that I purchased tickets in March. The phone is unanswered, the chat is disabled, and they only sent one email with the option of upgrading to other zones, but of course, there's an additional fee. They couldn't confirm whether they would deliver the tickets before Friday practice. It's a disaster.

Usually I'm not writing a review, but I just want to share how disappointed I am.
My partner purchased the tickets couple months ago through this scamsite and the first sight looked professional but it turned out that they are scammers. We bought the tickets based on the good trustpilot reviews and we thought nothing could go wrong. And here we are 2 days before the Monza GP and we didn't receive our tickets. We planned our holidays just for this, paid flights,hotels just for nothing,
They came up with some stupid compensation like that they are not able to give us the ticket what we ordered but for extra charge we can upgrade. Are you f**** serious? To pay on the top what you stole? 🤡
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I have booked 5!!! tickets and they said to me yesterday that they could not obtain the tickets due to a wrong from their reseller. If I will not recieve anything I will sue them. I paid flight tickets, hotel and car only for this event!

I’ve ordered 2 general admissions in April for Monza. Today (2 days before event) I got an email that tickets are not available. Hotel and flights already bought :(

Diese Website ist absolut unseriös und hat uns über 1.500€ schaden verursacht.

Wir haben Wochenendtickets für Monza gekauft. Jeder der sich ein Ticket über die originale Website gekauft hat, erhielt sein Ticket unverzüglich. Wir haben 1 Tag vor unserem Abflug eine Mail erhalten, dass wir die Tickets höchstwahrscheinlich nicht erhalten werden. Wir haben extra einige Tage vorher beim Kundensupport mehrmals nachgefragt, ob ganz sicher alles in Ordnung ist, hier wurde uns versichert, das alles klappen wird.

Nun offensichtlich nicht und wir bleiben auf den Kosten von Flug und Hotel drauf sitzen. Hier gibt es auch keine Informationen, ob man wenigstens ein Ticket für das Rennen am Sonntag als kleine Entschädigung erhält oder so. Absolut nichts.

We ordered 2 general admission tickets for the Monza GP, but we never received our tickets. More or less 2 weeks ago we received an email that we will receive our ticket couple days before the GP but we didn’t receive anything, however they sent an email today that they are sorry but their supplier didn’t manage to get the correct tickets and now we have to choose from a compensations what they would give but they can’t give the tickets what we ordered, we literally went to Italy for this reason, we paid our flights,hotel, transport just for them to letting us know 2 days before the race that they can’t provide the tickets what we ordered. There is no any compensation can be that satisfactory to make us forget this experience.

Unfortunately, I couldn't receive the tickets due to a problem with their providers.

I was personally reached out to by the Head Manager of CS & Customer Care for resolving the problem and offered a full refund of the tickets.

I'm still waiting for the reply email. They don't answer me; it goes straight to voicemail. I was supposed to receive the email with the tickets, but I haven't received it yet. It's a scam.

I bought 2 tickets online.
I asked, if it is possible, to get them electronically, and the answer was "no".

Later on, I got a mail with a link, for customs declarance.

I filled in the form, that I am expecting 2 tickets.

It was easy until this point.
In the package, there was plastic box for ticket, and lanyard.
The form from the sender was not clear (unclear number of items) at customs.

Later GP1Tickets called me to call the customs office to clear out things.

After another 2 days of e-mailing and phone calling, the ccustoms let my package through.

Next day I got the tickets by e-mail.

I was not happy, to entertain me and other numerous people, for the thing, that I asked the first day, and got NO for answer.

I am really not satisfied, the ticket holder and lanyard does not worth the hussle.
Plus I tought, that the tickets will not arrive in time, to bring with us to the plane.
That was another lot of stres for nothing.

No clear communication from GP1Tickets is the worst of all.

I have the some problem with other people, for Monza. I haven't received the tickets yet and they don't respond to any emails. I don't know if I'll receive them by then. I have paid 440€

This company is a scam. With only two days until the Monza race, I still have not received the tickets I paid €1000 for. I strongly advise against buying from them.
Customer support does not exist, they do not answer the phone and do not answer emails.
DO NOT TRUST TRUST PILOT REVIEWS!
