No answer twice & no help/advice offered.
Tried ringing them, the first 2 calls rang out for so long without answering they cut off.
They make no attempt to repair at roadside, they state they are recovery only. This wouldn’t be too much of an issue but will only recover you to the most local garage that can carry out your repair - and there’s the issue, YOU must decide which garage, if the garage is closed it’s your gamble. They will recover you to a garage and then should they not be able to fix the car, it’s your responsibility to recover it again. They will also not tell you the problem with your vehicle to make an informed choice, nor will they offer any advice on which garages may be able to help.
The adage is true you get what you pay for!!

The issue reported was a suspension fault. Unfortunately, this is not something that can typically be repaired safely at the roadside, so recovery was authorised straight away to avoid any further risk or damage to the vehicle.
Roadside assistance is designed to help with minor issues that can be resolved safely at the scene, such as battery issues, punctures, fuel-related problems or simple electrical faults. More significant mechanical or suspension-related faults will require recovery to a suitable garage for further inspection and repair.
We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulty reaching us by phone, and this will be reviewed as part of the wider feedback.
We apologise that on this occasion the service did not meet your expectations.

Price is excellent
Price is excellent, quite a bit cheaper than my previous breakdown cover. Easy enough to join. Hopefully I will never need to discover how good the service is, but in the end that's what really counts!
I am little anxious because several reviews cite difficulty get through with a long wait for the phone to be answered and that's absolutely the worst thing if you're broken down and already stressed.

Good price for breakdown cover. Haven’t claimed yet so won’t really know what they’re like until I have. Reduced my old cover by half the price and added home start.
