GoVivid left me alone on a roadside and refused to provide cover - please avoid!
This company is a total scam! I would completely avoid them - they don't actually provide breakdown cover if your car is broken down and will leave you alone with no assistance.
My car broke down (fortunately) while it was parked on a road. I could see that there was leakage of diesel underneath the car. I rang GoVivid to ask if I could receive roadside assistance as I was away from home and needed the car to travel back. I told them that the car had just been serviced and so I wasn't sure if the garage had done something or what was going on. They promptly told me that I was not eligible for cover due to the fact I said that I had just received a service from a garage.
I often drive alone (I am a woman) and it shook me that they would just leave me with no assistance, despite me paying for the roadside cover. I'm not a mechanic and so couldn't say for certain why my car broke down. Be warned and go with a reputable company!

While on trip to europ our car tyre burst call them but no one come. Useless company and look like fraud. Lesson learn always use good reliable ones like rac aa etc. cheap rubbish.

I went down a pothole I had puncher in…
I went down a pothole I had puncher in my tyre I don't carry a spare, and I was in the middle of the countryside in a lane I phoned at 6:30pm for assistance it was hard to give a exactly location, but a guy on a bike did so 1.30 /1,45 hours had past and no one had contacted me I phone four times with no response.Finally,had a response.I was put a hold never returned so cancelled call i decided to move the car very slowly to a pub. Whilst doing this, I had git a call handle on the phone and explained my new position. Had no call from recovery, so Ive found another recovery service to place the tyre i received a call from govivid recovery service at 9 pm He told me he was past a job sheet at 9 pm, and he was only going to replace the tyre i told him I don't have a tyre to replace and he said, he couldn't do the job then so would attend breakdown the other company turned up and sorted the problem
poor service hard to contact after initial contact and didn't received any communication from breakdown recovery before he phone at 9pm

I’ve literally just signed up !!!
Govivid sent me a link for a review, and they will keep sending an email until I do. WHY? I have literally just signed up for breakdown cover and haven’t needed to use it yet. So how do I review a service I have never used? I don’t is the answer.
Lots of companies do this, please review our service, when all you have done is signed up for something. Stop it companies. I’ll review your service when I’ve used it and I’ll be honest. So I’m giving you 3 stars because you sent me an email to do so ( sorry, a computer sent it ) luckily I’m in a good mood otherwise it could have been 1
