Gorvins Residential LLP Arvostelua

Unfortunately, we did not get off to a great start with Gorvins after changing conveyancers twice within the first two weeks and then mistakes with named sellers being incorrect and starting again. Communication left a lot to be desired too and there was obviously a lack of experience. However, in the last stages, the case was handled brilliantly by Donovan Lescott who was competent, communicated effectively and got the final part of this stressful process done through his hard work and commitment. My star rating of 2/5 reflects the process up the point he got involved. Thank you to Donovan and if it had been the same all along, I would have given more.

Brilliant service. Very professional. Alot done online which helps speed the process up.

Harry Batson, who was our case handler was highly professional. He provided us with the necessary information and advice we required. It was a smooth experience with him and I will comfortably recommend him.

Kimiya took over our case and everything started moving very quickly. She kept us informed and answered any queries we had in a timely manor. As first time buyers she has made the process very easy and gave us all the correct information so we understood what was going on. We would definitely use her again, thank you!
