Unfortunately, we did not get off to a great start with Gorvins after changing conveyancers twice within the first two weeks and then mistakes with named sellers being incorrect and starting again. Communication left a lot to be desired too and there was obviously a lack of experience. However, in the last stages, the case was handled brilliantly by Donovan Lescott who was competent, communicated effectively and got the final part of this stressful process done through his hard work and commitment. My star rating of 2/5 reflects the process up the point he got involved. Thank you to Donovan and if it had been the same all along, I would have given more.
