Gorvins Residential LLP Arvostelua

Kaye Walker dealt with our remortgage without any problems. She kept us informed and was professional but informative all through the process. Thank You

Super great! Kaye Walker was our case handler and she was excellent from start to finish. She made our remortgage a very seamless process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Our case was handled by Kimiya Khezri at gorvins, she was great from start to finish if we needed help understanding something she was more than happy to explain. A great experience we had using them to purchase our first house and the app made everything super easy to follow the process and contact people 10/10.

My remortgage process with Gorvins has been very straightforward and Martin has been great to deal with. Also the fees were very reasonable and were covered almost entirely by remortgage cash back which was brilliant.

The Company App was extremely helpful in allowing Kaye Walker my Solicitor to keep me updated in a very timely and helpful manner throughout the whole process.

We would like to thank the whole team at Gorvins Residential for supporting us throughout our journey.
Our case passed through a few different people along the way, including Oliver, Sophie and later Muzna, who handled the final stages and helped bring everything together. Towards the end, the transaction became quite stressful, but throughout the process, the team kept things moving, answered our questions and supported us through each stage. Muzna in particular was incredibly patient with my many emails and calls during the final days and worked hard to get us to completion within a tight timeframe.
We are also grateful to the post completion team for continuing to look after the final registration work.
Thank you to everyone involved in helping us complete our dream. We truly appreciate all the work behind the scenes.

A massive thank you to Gorvins and especially Emily Wilson my case handler made the whole process so easy without any problems
Once again thank you Emily

Philipa Adarkwah is excellent and maintained good communication throughout the remortgage process. Thank you

I had a great experience with the solicitor especially Mr Donovan Lescott . They were professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They responded promptly to my questions and the process feel much easier. I really appreciate their attention to detail, clear communication and support from start to finish. I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.

Muzna Afsar was our case handler for our property purchase and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, responsive and quick to deal with anything that came up, always keeping us updated.
She made what could have been a stressful process so much easier for us. We’re genuinely grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend her. She’s a real credit to Gorvins!

Thank you so much to Gorvins Residential! A special thank you to Ella who was simply AMAZING! She constantly kept us updated (even with my long list of questions) nothing was a bother and she really made moving into our first home so easy for us. We would recommend Gorvins to anyone and if you have Ella as your solicitor you’re in the best hands!

Lesmae Fabella was great to work with. My first property investment so fair to say I had a lot of questions. Lesmae did not ignore any requests and put my mind at ease throughout the process.

Thank Gorvins team and more specifically Lesmae. Also a quick shout out to Moaiz was away too.

Ben has been brilliant from start to finish and it hasn’t been the easiest case due to lots of factors outside of his control, he has been very informative throughout the whole process and can’t thank him and Gorvins enough. Highly recommended!!!

I had a great experience with my remortgage from start to finish. The whole process was very well communicated throughout, both by telephone and email, with fast responses to any questions or queries.
Josh Kelly was excellent always helpful, responsive and kept me updated at every stage. The ability to read and sign the documents directly through the mobile app made the whole process really quick, simple and convenient, without the need for paperwork.
Overall, a very smooth and efficient remortgage process. I’m really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Josh and the team. Thank you for making everything so straightforward.

Oliver and the team were fantastic throughout the process. We felt confident that things were progressing smoothly and the whole buying process was done within a few months. Highly recommend Gorvins as a service.

We bought a property earlier this year through Gorvins Residential and had a good experience. Kimiya was exemplary from start to finish, she consistently went above and beyond to push the purchase forward and keep us updated. Buying a home is never straightforward, but Kimiya’s hard work made a challenging purchase as easy as it could be.

My experience with Gorvins was good throught the buying process of my first home. It is been a long process, but Nayla was very supporting through all the process. She was the best!!
