Gorvins Residential LLP Arvostelua

My case handler Saffron Cranston was fantastic. Great communication and very much on the ball to complete my purchase as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service I received from Lesmae Fabella at Gorvins Residential. She handled my case professionally and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, my questions were answered promptly, and I always felt I knew where things stood. I'd happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable solicitor.

Amazing support! Our sale was delayed but we had absolute support from Emily! Definitely recommend! Thank you

We have just purchased our first home through Gorvins. Eloise Byfield handled our case and was amazing, the app and messaging platform were extremely useful. As we are first time buyers everything has been new and for myself a little overwhelming but Eloise has been so patient and helped clarify several enquiries I had promptly. We are so grateful as this process was not as stressful as we thought it may have been

Unfortunately, we did not get off to a great start with Gorvins after changing conveyancers twice within the first two weeks and then mistakes with named sellers being incorrect and starting again. Communication left a lot to be desired too and there was obviously a lack of experience. However, in the last stages, the case was handled brilliantly by Donovan Lescott who was competent, communicated effectively and got the final part of this stressful process done through his hard work and commitment. My star rating of 2/5 reflects the process up the point he got involved. Thank you to Donovan and if it had been the same all along, I would have given more.

Brilliant service. Very professional. Alot done online which helps speed the process up.

Harry Batson, who was our case handler was highly professional. He provided us with the necessary information and advice we required. It was a smooth experience with him and I will comfortably recommend him.

Kimiya took over our case and everything started moving very quickly. She kept us informed and answered any queries we had in a timely manor. As first time buyers she has made the process very easy and gave us all the correct information so we understood what was going on. We would definitely use her again, thank you!

We had a great experience with Mirian Fernandes and Mesmine Leussom during our house purchase. They were both very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Their excellent customer service made everything much easier and less stressful. They kept us informed and were always happy to help with any questions we had.

We really appreciate all their hard work and support and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable service. Thank you, Mirian and Mesmine!

Kaye Walker was very helpful and punctual in dealing with my remortgage.

Mustafa is a fantastic person. He make the whole process stress free.

Kimiya was exceptional throughout our mortgage process. Her commitment and communication were top notch. Would definitely recommend. She was both lovely in email and phone call conversation
She deserves all the praise she gets

Thankyou

I had a fantastic experience with Gorvins Residential, and I would especially like to thank Muzna Afsar for all her help and support throughout the process of buying my house.

Muzna was incredibly helpful with all the documentation and made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. She was professional, approachable, patient, and always willing to help whenever I had questions.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Kerry from start to finish. She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, always keeping us informed and getting back to us promptly whenever we had a question.

The app was also a fantastic communication tool and made it really easy to keep track of our progress and understand where we were in the process.

As first time buyers, Kerry made what could have been a very stressful process feel incredibly easy and painless. She was always happy to answer our questions, explain things clearly and guide us through each step. She worked with us throughout and ultimately helped us secure a great deal.

We’re so grateful for all of her hard work and would wholeheartedly recommend Kerry to anyone looking for a solicitor. Thank you so much for making such an important process feel so straightforward!

The worst experience ever. Too slow too unprofessional and I was even lied by the case handler. Avoid

I cannot recommend Gorvins enough, and especially Emily Kourpas as a case handler.
She was always responsive, approachable and went above and beyond to help, even with difficult requests. As first time buyers, she ensured the entire process was as smooth as possible.
If you are lucky enough to have Emily handling your case, you will be in very safe hands.

Kaye Walker handled our case very professionally and kept us up to date from start to finish of transaction.
