This is based on our reservation experience with Tristan. He was very helpful-that video was dynamite! Tristan was always helpful and persistent in getting us to book-I tend to drag my feet a bit. He also suggested the family accommodations since we’re taking our son. That works for us, as we don’t spend much time in a hotel room. Tristan said he’s available for issues during our trip, should they arise and after working with him for an extended time, I tend to believe that:)! Hope we don’t need you, Tristan, but it’s comforting to know we can call!

Sean has been working with my family to build our trip to Ireland this coming December, and he's been fantastic. He's answered our questions and helped us figure out exactly what we'd like to do when we visit. He's super friendly and has a great sense of humor, and I look forward to finishing the trip-planning process with him! Thanks, Sean!

Working with Joe was not only easy it was a process made seamless. His ability to explain the reservations, make changes based upon our needs was outstanding. I have no doubt that this "high quality" service will be the norm as we get closer to our trip. I have no reservations about working with Gorailtravel and especially Joe in the future.

Delightful Experience! Working with Peter, GoRailTravel Travel Specialist organizing our upcoming trip to Scotland was the most seamless travel experience I've ever had. He helped us tailor a trip that I know will be one of my life's special gifts. I highly recommend them for your future trips to Europe.

Tristan did a wonderful job in planning our trip to Scotland! He provided a very detailed itinerary and made adjustments based on our preferences and feedback. I highly recommend having Tristan help you with planning your Scotland rail journey!

My wife and I were impressed with Sean and his detailed presentation for our upcoming Ireland vacation. He listened to our needs carefully and incorporated them into a thoughtful itinerary for our trip. Sean was very easy to work with and very flexible, as we have not yet confirmed a total headcount for the trip. He had everything planned out in detail, with many suggestions what to do at each stop along our trip. Any changes we had were made without issue. We'd highly recommend Sean when setting up your next trip.

Love the fact that Sean took the time to listen to our wish list for the upcoming Ireland trip. Very thorough, with a great presentation for options to make our trip an experience to remember. Looking forward to an amazing trip.

Joe has been great in helping 2 couples plan a dream trip to Scotland by rail for next Spring! He listened to what we wanted and accommodated us as well as making wonderful suggestions for itinerary edits along the way. As word got out among our friends 2 other couples are considering joining in our Scotland journey and Joe assured us he could make the necessary changes to accommodate us! I highly recommend Joe with GoRailTeavel for your travel needs!

Alex was a great help in tailoring our tour to be inclusive of our whole party. I made multiple changes throughout the process and Alex was patient and accommodating to get our family trip details just right. Thanks so much for helping check international travel off my mom's bucket list.

Tristan has been great to work with in planning a travel itinerary for my wife and I to make our first visit to Scotland and England. He is polite, patient, and well versed regarding various travel options. Tristan worked through 2-3 draft itineraries before he finalized and booked things for me today. He promised to remain involved, as needed, leading up to and through my travels in case any questions or issues arise that require his assistance and expertise. Thank you Tristan.

Joe was very knowledgeable about the rail rides and places in Scotland to visit. He took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The only thing that was a little difficult was hearing him on our conference call as there was a lot of background noise but other than that I would highly recommend Joe.
Thank you!

We have found our experience with your company to be seamless and very efficient. Sean has been a delight to work with even though we are probably not the easiest customers he has! We look forward to a continuing relationship with him and your company. Thank you for your patience and help with our once in a life time trip! George and June

Sean has been amazing! He is helpful and responsive to our questions and tailored our trip to our needs. We look forward to working with him as we finalize our plans.

Tristan was so patient and had such great ideas for my trip to Scotland. I had so many questions and he answered them all. He assured me he would be there the entire time if we needed assistance. I recommend working with him for all your travel needs

Joe @ GoTravel was awesome. He asked good questions and put together the perfect Scottish Rail Vacation. Excited to visit Scotland especially seeing how they were so good to the people of Boston. Made me want to visit Scotland before any other travels. Dee

Alex was an amazing person to partner with on this trip. From our first touch point to finalizing my trip, she made me feel secure, safe, and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, but especially to solo travellers. What a gem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alex has been very helpful planning our trip. She has taken my requests and responded very promptly and communicates clearly.

We booked our first trip to Scotland through Go Rail Travel and are very happy we did. After an inquiry through the internet our agent (Sean) called and I gave him what we were looking for….within a few days he sent over an artinirary of his proposed trip. We booked it and just got back. Everything went fantastic…..a very clear package was sent over a couple weeks with all our tours, accommodations and transportation. Hotels were all fantastic and close to the stations we arrived at….always had priority with check ins as it was booked through the agency. Everything went especially smoothly which made it a once in a lifetime trip for me and my family. We had questions during the trip and Sean was always right there to clarify things for us. A definite A+ and would recommend them to anyone.

Over the past several weeks we've had the pleasure of working with Alex on our itinerary for our first trip to Ireland (and also first rail travel). I had a response on the day of my first email inquiry and she has never wavered. She answers all our questions and has been attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable and personable! Alex is in my opinion, top of the list, and one of the best we have ever worked with. Very excited to begin our journey. Highly recommend.

Peter responded quickly to all questions and made planning our trip effortless on our end. When we asked for changes they were immediately responded to. We have never travelled to the UK before so this booking made it easy for us, we are really looking forward to our trip.
