We had a great experience so far with our travel agent, Brooke! She’s so personable and designed the perfect trip for us! :)

Tommy was great to listen to my family’s situation and create a wonderful itinerary for us to visit Italy. He was ready to help answer any questions and concerns. We’ll definitely recommend him to others when they travel to Italy.

Tommy was fantastic to work with. He listened to our desires and where we wanted to go and see. He came up with a terrific itenary. We were so pleased to have found him.

You need not go any further to plan a trip to Italy…Tommy is your guy! He is knowledgeable, efficient, and as accommodating as one can be. I highly recommend using him and his company to book your next trip!

My partner and I just completed a delightful and informative video chat with Tommy. He is amazing! Professional, friendly, and attentive.
My partner and I are taking our first trip together, and I want everything to be arranged- no worries, no stress, just enjoy Italy with my new love.
Tommy is responsible for my happiness.
He made the changes to the itinerary that we asked for, and had great suggestions all around.
If you want a curated trip planned with you in mind, you gotta go with Tommy!

Philip, Tom and Brooke were fabulous and very committed to making this trip work. I would use them again in future for any trips. Philip was very professional and even though the trip didn’t work out, he was kind in his response. He helped make things as easy as possible for the group.

Our agent, Tommy, was so very nice and helpful trying to find us a tour in our budget. He was so much fun to talk to (loved the accent!) even though the time difference meant him working a little late he was gracious about it.

I had the pleasure of working with Tommy in planning my vacation. He was very knowledgeable on the country I want to visit. He offered wonderful ideas on where to visit and gave me excellent advice on how to get around. I now feel very confident and have complete peace of mind. I will definitely work with Tommy again for any future travel plans.

Had an incredible time in Rome, Florence and Naples.
Rome was definitely our favourite, there was so much history to take in and I'm definitely going to be back.
The highlights were in Vatican and the pasta!
For the best carbonara, look for Zi Rosetta near the Pantheon.
Tommy and the team were full of great advise and really made us feel so at ease about the whole trip.
We're very grateful and wishing we were back there!

Just booked our trip to Italy. Tommy sent a video of our trip and answered any questions we had and eased any concerns we had navigating around Italy. We are very excited for our trip in May! Thank you Tommy!

Tommy has been great to work with! He has provided great ideas for a wonderful itinerary. We are so grateful for his help in planning our trip. Could not do it without his support and knowledge.

So far, so good. We just booked an Italy trip with Tommy at GoItaliaTrips. The planning has been excellent, as we met by video conference call and watched a video he has compiled of our trip needs. Great excitement to have everything in place for us!

Has been so great planning our trip with Tommy! It truly feels like we are going to submerge ourself in the culture and get a VIP experience. He has found every way to accommodate all my kids interests, and even more than we could even imagine!

We are so excited for our upcoming mother-daughter’s trip! Tommy has been such a wealth of knowledge throughout the planning process. He built an itinerary specifically for us, and it’s like he climbed into my brain - it’s that perfect! We can not wait to see Italy, and Tommy’s excellent planning and patience have made us even more excited!

Tommy has done an outstanding job planning our trip to Italy! He’s simplified the process, and made really thoughtful suggestions we never would have considered on our own. Working with him has actually made us even more excited for our upcoming trip.

Tony was fantastic. He help us with all our questions and worked well with us

Tommy was extremely helpful and created a wonderful trip for us. He included everything we requested and offered many more wonderful suggestions on other activities for us to enjoy. All my stions were answered and he gave me plenty of time to think between each one.

Tommy was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He didn't harass me either when I took a little time to figure it out. I will definitely reach out to him next time.

Gideon has been exceptional! He listened to all of the activities and features I wanted planned in our first trip and he created an unforgettable experience for us. His flexibility, attentiveness to every detail, and support through each decision made the planning easy. He's taken care of everything that I was trying to do on my own - even helping us find airfare! He goes above and beyond. Thank you!

I was great dealing with Gideon and Tommy. I reached out to several tour companies but found Goitaliatrips the easiest to work with. In two days they built the tour, book hotels and created a great vacation package with just 7 days until we arrive. I would highly recommend them.
