I would not recommend this company. They spammed me with emails and texts, begging me to renew. I did, or should I say, "I tried" to renew, and was declined. I have a lot of expenses, which they deem "too much." Yes, Go Loans, people have mortgages and bills and food to buy! OH NO! Customer service is non-existent. I emailed prior to applying and never received a response, yet received a response on Facebook. Very unprofessional. Other reviews corroborate what I am saying. So: word to the wise: AVOID this "company."

I do think that GoLoans has a good system in place. You can see the progress when you log in. However, after waiting well over the time that they advertise, I was denied. I understand the reasons, but one comment made me feel horrible because I do have many expenses that I pay, including high rent and feeding others besides myself. The comment was "pay doesn't last a day". I hope that GoLoan people leaving the comments can be more sensitive and diplomatic to people that are in a financial crisis. Sarcastic and judgmental comments are not cool.

I tried to reach out to goloans because my financial situation changed due to medical reasons and I got no response back other than them sending me to collections. Not impressed as I cleaned my side of the street but the rest is on them.

Immediately after submitting an application with them I have received constant phone calls from random numbers across North America, leading me to believe GoLoans sold or distributed my contact information. I had not even signed a contract or received an offer when this began.

Please do not, they are high interest. They have no customer service that will get back to you, in any time frame and the guy I got, was a joke, 9 mins later he will respond, but not actually answer your question. Save yourbreath and the interest. Go to GoDay!

Wasn’t even expecting more money! And they texted me and I got more 👏🏼

I was offered a 250$ interest free loan . When I read the contract it was 250$ loan with a 175$ Lenders fee so I cancelled the application without signing. I have been harassed since with steady emails and text messages regarding the finish the loan process and choose laptop! I have repeatedly said I am not interested to no avail !

I recently renewed a loan with GoLoans and am deeply disappointed with the situation. I was told I only had two more payments to settle up and that I would be able to reloan they offered me a reloan which I was approved for. So to be clear they reached out to me with this offer. It turns out I had three more payments even though I was reassured over the phone multiple times that it was only two. So the reloan was pointless for me and big money grab for them. My financial situation was not handled with care. I was misinformed. Then they offered me 60 bucks like that would make a difference given the amount this was a useless cover up offer. Super disappointing would recommend iCASH as a fantastic alternative super accurate fantastic service and super quick.

Throwing in that I am 5th time renewal was super unnecessary, and only due to my financial situation. I wouldn’t renew with go loan if I could get out of the cycle. Things are tight right now. I stand by what I said, iCASH is extremely efficient.
It’s not an issue that you are training new people, it’s an issue that you should have reversed or offered the equivalent amount to make up for it. Or spoken to be directly. Instead I got an email notification that you responded to my bad review that is over 5 months old.

I have been with go loans.for a while the past few times they kept encouraging me.to re apply for a loan, make it seem like I'll be renewed then turn me down this has happened 3 times so far. What a joke, everyone has a life and no time for childish games.

This is definitely a great company, the wait time is alittle long but the company is great. Thank you for helping me out in my time of need!

Well I have been trying to get a loan with them for quit some time now and every single time they turn me down like the thing that really pisses Mr off is these places say they are here to help people again false words and nothing but uniscusable lies like the government needs to do something with these companies treating people this way very unprofessional and the guy I talked to from go loans said the requirements to get a loan you have to be making $1800 a month to get a loan like if I was making $1800 I wouldn't have to apply for a loan my best advice is don't waiste your time with these people very surprised they are still open so u give it 1 star because you have to pick a star

This place is criminal. Borrow $150 you will pay back double. Called for assistance and the customer care person is speaking to someone in tagalog (filipino) while I'm on the line. Had to ask her to speak English. Waited on hold for like 30 mins to get this dealt with. Big waste of time, energy and money. Never ever again will I borrow from this criminal organization. Ripping people off big time who are already struggling. Go somewhere else trust me.
