No customer service experience they…

No customer service experience they call you you call back the number no one's in the office they don't give you a reason for denial, and it says it's no credit bad credit you'll get approved it's all false advertisement

Additionally, I want to clarify our credit evaluation process. We don't conduct credit checks during the underwriting of a loan. The decision might be related to our commitment to promoting responsible borrowing. Your financial health is our priority, and we genuinely care about ensuring a positive borrowing experience.

Recommendation

This is the second time I have used GoLoans and each experience has been extraordinary. They are efficient and timely, and communicate throughout the whole process. Definitely recommended!!

Absolutely terrible 😞 they ignore ur emails and they deny you or cancel ur application without notice rude I'm.never applying with you fuys again oh and stop texting my phone number thanks

We're genuinely sorry for the issues you've encountered. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

I took the liberty of investigating your concerns, and these are what I found:
1. I did not see any emails from your registered email address at the date you applied. If you did use a different email address when you contacted us, please do email me at support@goloans.ca so I can investigate further.
2. We apologize that you were not notified of the outcome of your application. It's because we had some internal issue with our backend automated email messages. But it is up and running once again. So we humbly apologize for that instance.

Once again, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced, and we appreciate your constructive criticism. We will take this to heart and learn from it.

I don't know I'm seeing all these great…

I don't know I'm seeing all these GREAT REVIEWS, but when it comes to me I seem to always be getting DODGED!! I'm not getting any responses back to my inquiries there live chats are actually Bots and I just want to talk to a freaking human!!

Just to clarify, we do have chat bots but they are only active during non-business hours. So if you would like to catch a live agent, please chat with us from 9am to 4pm Mountain time everyday.
