How can I leave a review. I have heard nothing but good things about but applies yesterday afternoon and close to 24 hours later ZERO response. I go to the help line and no agents available. I go phone them and again NO agents available??????

Giant waste of time
Giant waste of time. They make you create an account on their website submit picture ID and deny you a loan. They tell you "its not a reflection of your financial worthiness" while actively deny you in your time of need. Screw Pay day loans in general but especially these guys. Gone to them twice now and both times got turned down after going through a hassle.

Info stealers and ZERO customer service
Gave these guys a shot but now I am starting to believe the other negative reviewers. I do believe that they're just out there to steal and sell your information. Apparently my application got rejected because I am self-employed... they even put self-employed as an option. Nowhere does it say that self-employed income is a no-go. They just collect all your information, even though they know they will reject you, because they clearly are up to no good. If you don't service self-employed individuals, then make that CLEAR so we don't waste our time giving out our precious and sensitive information.
They also have ZERO customer service. No one is EVER available on their supposed "live chat" or even responds on fb or via email. I had some luck on fb chat but they just stopped responding. And no one EVER answers the phone... it's just an automated voice saying no one is there.
Sketchy.

Everybody talks about how they were…
Everybody talks about how they were fast getting approved, but even after sending in all my documents it still took days (Saturday- Tuesday) to get back to me. No one answers their phone, and the chat bot just tells you to wait your turn… the whole “will get back to you in 30-60 minutes is a lie…” as it’s now Tuesday and they sent that email Saturday

I like the fact that they were there…
I like the fact that they were there for me as I needed the money in a hurry.but The amount which was granted was not what I received I received a quarter of the amount but still had to pay back the full amount plus interest.i have tried calling the agent in charge but have not gotten a response up until now.i do believe it's the agents fault in this matter that's why she hasn't answered my call.

Always reliable

I’ve just read other reviews…
I’ve just read other reviews and had something happen. After I did the verification I had notifications from my bank that my pin was changed. My bank account is now frozen. On top of this go loans denied me saying I wasn’t meeting required income some months. Strange as I’ve been working with the same company for 10 years with the same monthly salary!! I’m also receiving texts and calls with “amazing” offers.

They will take that banking info, and give it out to anybody. They claim they do not go through banking info. They instantly stated the entire contents of my bank account as if they had personally run through each transaction. There remains a high risk of leaking your personal data with public domain. I'm getting calls and texts from random people claiming to help cause I'm a loyal customer of Goloans. This is very concerning. I've twice now had attempts to log into my bank after my original verification. Change your banking password!!! Report report report!!

I would also like to note that the Instant bank verification third-party software only sends us a copy of your electronic banking statement. We do not have access to your bank account.

Upon checking what went wrong in your application with us, it took you awhile to link to the Instant Bank Verification. That is out of our control and we remained responsive to you during this process.
Once you were able to access the IBV, we evaluated your application immediately. However, upon thorough evaluation, we apologize if we cannot be of help to you. It is one of our loan criterion that you should have a low debt ratio.

Horrible company....do not trust them or give them sensitive information. Poor customer service, slow, and beyomd sus. I believe they act fraudulently and should be reported to BBB and national fraud centers.

To be honest, yes, we sometimes do have slow days, that's because we are dealing with a high volume of inquiries and we try to address each matter promptly.
However, I believe that is not a sufficient reason to be labelled as a "suspicious activity". If you are disappointed or frustrated because we were not able to expedite your request, just say so. No need to make false accusations.
