This business merely exists to scam naive folks looking to have their junk removes. Charging a 20% cancellation fee when all of their scheduling is done through their automated system is a scam. Charging a 50% cancellation fee when canceling after rescheduling is vile. Do not give this scam company your money. Do better research than I did and hire a local junk removal service.

They are absolutely scammers! I booked a couch pickup, and never heard a word from anyone the day of the pickup. I had to reach out and was told they couldn't find anyone in my area to pick up the couch. Then they texted after my pickup window and said someone could come the next day during the work day. I'm expected to take 4 hours off work for a company that has already bailed on me? No way. Now they say if I don't reschedule, they're going to charge me 50%!!! But they never showed and the only attempt to reschedule is during a time that doesn't work. This company is awful and needs to be shut down. I want my money back! I paid for a service that was never provided.

Workers were right on time. Had no problems finding my house. Friendly! Wouldn’t let me help with loading the cinder blocks! Would use your company again.

Load Up worked great for me to clear the extra furniture from my mother-in-law's home after an estate sale. I didn't know what would be left so I couldn't plan ahead. I sent photos to LoadUp and Clyde and his crew came the next day and took it all away. It was easy and a huge relief since we had two days to clear the house.

I asked for a quote specifically for a WM Dumpster bag and 2 twin box springs, they sent me a quote, I paid and booked for the following day as it was available - there was no communication the day in which I booked my service until 7pm. At which someone called and asked if the next day was fine. Which was, then the vendor got sick and the next day they wanted to reschedule but they sourced to another person who apparently came through and pick stuff out of my dumpster bag after saying they wouldnt be able to take it since they thought it was less.

I have tried to get an additional cost for the removal of the dumpster bag, the texting robots cant seem to figure it out, so I asked to cancel my service - well then someone texted me right away - I declined and said no I still want to cancel and they have not said a word more. I have tried calling the number and getting someone seems impossible and I have emailed and submitted inquiries on the site with no response.

Frustrating and disappointed.
