The website said delivery would be 3 to 5 working days. It took nearly 3 weeks to deliver my bottle of wine.
It was the right bottle of wine when it did arrive though.
There was no communication to tell me the progress, I had to keep ringing up to find out what was going on.
If they had emailed me to tell me what was going on that would have made things a bit easier.

I ordered Red stripe Rum punch however I am yet to receive them, no correspondence from Goldenacrewines.

Terrible place. No communication via email, have to ring them. Never received order when promised then lied to about getting it next day. Asked for a refund. Won’t use them again. Would give minus stars if I could.

Took my money - asked for a review - no products received

Always been brilliant but tonight they not just didnt deliver, they never let me know, and when I called and emailed i got nothing back. Am now worried ive been scammed and trying to get through to my bank. Absolutely gutted. Being this cloe to xmas.
