Good product and quick delivery

I made an order online 2 months ago and have emailed multiple times and rang and every time you put the phone down and won’t issue a refund or give me an answer on my order

Located this firm whilst searching for Eldorado tonic wine. I was able to order and pay online and they sent the bottle down from Scotland intact via Yodel within a few days.
A good service

I ordered some cider back on 14th June, almost a month ago and I have not received anything. I have contacted them via email but no answer. I called the phone number and a polite person said they would dispatch my goods by end of the week, and that was last week. Once again nothing. I usually do due diligence but I believe on their website they claim higher trust pilot reviews. I can now see they have a pretty low scoring. I would not advise anyone to purchase from them as I don't know if they actually fulfil requests, certainly they took my money.

I have ordered from you and received my order very quickly but my friend ordered form you and is still waiting on her order, when she called she was advised that she needed to prove her age( I was not asked for this ) when my friend said she has no up to date verification and she asked for her full refund of nearly £100 she has been told no she is not getting a refund I find this bizarre unprofessional and disrespectful

I have not received my order

After waiting nearly a month for delivery had to cancel for a full refund as I deduced that my order was never going to be delivered.

I still haven’t received my online purchase and it’s over 8 days and on trying to contact them I got little response apart from saying it will be arriving in the next few days ????

I have not received my wine or a reply to my email asking where it was delivered to!!!

The sherry I ordered weeks ago on 25 May never arrived. Despite 5 e-mails to you nothing has been done, my last two e-mails have been totally ignored. I have not received any updates for two weeks or any refund or the sherry. Truly dreadful service.

Easy to place order, and item received within delivery time scale.

No communication at all from the company until I received notification from UPS that they would be delivering but as I was not going to be in I arranged with them that I would collected from their local drop off shop which they verified. Well I received notification that it had been delivered but the picture was of someone elses porch NOT MINE. I had to walk round the road to see who had a porch and then knock on the door until I found my parcel

Easy to order fast and efficient delivery 3 to 5 days delivered next day. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and I recommend it

Order didn’t arrive in time despite paying extra for fast delivery. Then when it finally arrived they wouldn’t let me return the item (despite being allowed to in their own return policies). They kept hanging up on me, being rude and not sending return details or calling me back when they said they would. Called at least 12 times, and every time they had an excuse. Incredibly unimpressed and also out of pocket!

10 days still not received my order. Price gone up on product , so I’m buying less yet some how the weight charge has gone up as well?

I’ve received an email requesting a review of the wine, an email requesting a review of the business but I still haven’t received the wine and haven’t received any communication of when it will be delivered, despite several chasing emails.

I placed an order on 05/05/26, and now still waiting. very slow and didn’t give me the track number
