When it works, it's good but normally it does not work and no explanations why.

The platform allowed the driver to trick passenger on delay charges.
We, 4 people were at Jurong East Private bus pickup passed 0000 hrs on 13Fed2023, we were dead tired with our big bags and we ordered car from Gojek.
Driver came but at the opposite site of destinated pickup, we waved at him but he drove away and so we waited for him to U-turn to pick up at the correct pickup. The driver never mention anything about delay n its charge untill I checked my bill much later. I paid by Paylah.
We never delay boarding the person who delayed is the driver, the driver delay in pickup .... this .... if there's a delay charge THE DRIVE SHOULD PAY US!

Charged twice for same ride. Will not refund even with obvious proof.

The drivers we had (Eddie John is the name he gave us, which is probably fake as well) doubled the price from when he picked us up to when he dropped us off. Horrible experience.

I have been charged Multi-destination fee of S$ 4 for a return trip.
What a pity.

I tried to get a ride while I was at the airport but the drivers kept cancelling me. I tried to get to Gojek point where there were 2 PIC standby over there to manage the queue. I was done waiting when I saw people queuing after me got the ride. I asked the PIC, and the PIC casually said there was no car for my destination area and that's nonsense. Please improve the onsite experience.

you know what yeah, it's a good app for its worth, but the prices kind of a little bit steep for my liking, but the company gives out vouchers so a solid 3 stars

Decent convenience app you can use to order pretty much everything. But that's pretty much it. A lot of things to dislike about Gojek these days:
- Can't use the loyalty points for in-app transactions.
- They charge what they call a "convenience fee" whenever you order food. They say it's used to improve their services, why should it be the customer's responsibility?!
- A lot of packaging waste when you order food.
- Content in the food & mart sections isn't moderated or standardized.
- They take too much money out of small merchants & drivers.
- The app sells tobacco & alcohol products with very little disclaimer. Very easy for underage teens to abuse.
- Car availability is still an issue.
- Glitches everywhere!

Pada tanggal 25 April 2020, saldo gopay saya terpotong untuk pembelian paket subscription voucher Food Hall senilai Rp.20.000, padahal saya tidak pernah mengkonfirmasi pembayaran. Saya hanya meng-klik banner promosi untuk melihat detail voucher atau syarat & ketentuan.

Setelah saya klik banner promo, halaman detail voucher dengan tombol "Buy Now" tidak muncul dan saya malah diarahkan ke landing page aplikasi gojek yang menunjukkan nominal saldo gopay saya telah berkurang Rp.20.000. Semua ini terjadi tanpa ada permintaan nomor PIN sebagai persetujuan pembelian dari saya.
