Love that App - always a reliable buddy if you need a food delivery or bike taxi. I even used it to deliver my suitcases without me to a hotel

Today October 7 my wife got an abuse from a gojek driver, his name is Ali Sodikin. The bike seat is normally for 2 people but he pushed my wife back, so she sat on the metal back on the saddle during the trip. she deserves a complain and she did it but his reply was a rubbish.Be careful if you - the customer gets him. We will never order it anymore if gojek app sends him to us again. I'm her husband.

I have recently stopped using Grab in Bali. Loving Gojek, pricing is fairer, I use Gopay and tip what I want. Every driver on Grab wanted more business outside the platform. One Grab driver
brought his wife and she sat
in the front which is my
preference. Another Grab
driver abused me when I
would not pay double the
price quoted. Grab food
delivery guys always
expected huge tips. Gojek is
so much easier especially with Gopay. Gojek drivers and delivery services have not hassled for more business or asked for tips. Highly recommend. 👍😃

Would not recommend to anyone. Be careful when being asked for paying extra fees! We, tourists from Germany, booked a gojek from the airport in Surabaya to Malang and paid the price in the app with credit card. The app and the gojek- lady at the airport told us that toll fee and parking is excluded and we have to pay it in cash to the driver at the end of the trip. It would be 235.000 RP. So far so good. However, by checking the real prices for toll on the road, our calculation at the end of the trip was only 85.000 RP. By calling the Airport lady she told us so-called "editing fees" have to be paid, too. However, nothing like that is stated anywhere in the gojek-guidlines. So, be careful when booking a gojek and having to pay shady extra fees! Kind of like a Tourist rip-off with unprofessional staff. Will never book again.

How is it possible that the restaurant cannot deliver the order? I cannot cancel the order, and the restaurant cannot.

I cannot message the restaurant, and they don't message me.

You take the order but make it impossible for both sides to change or cancel it—even if the restaurant cannot fulfill it.

The driver was not helpful, he has just overpriced.

Same location but wrong pick up point at Senkang Hospital, I was charged additional $3 more! It’s robbery!

Horrible service. Got problem many times with their food or transport services. 3 times they told me they sent a refund, actually they never did. Liars.

If the restaurant keep pending for more than 1hr without accepting, still you can’t refuse and you keep pending without hem let you cancel.

Every time we book a trip it gets cancelled or they say the car broke down and this app is so frustrating and useless so please fix your drivers and cars so I can enjoy the taxi instead of hating it

I ordered a trip on the 14 Jun 2024. The driver was completing his existing trip - so I waited about 10+ minutes for him. After he ended his nearby trip at around West Coast Plaza, the weather became adverse and started pouring; and then after, he cancelled the trip.

Utterly unprofessional Gojek driver with an opportunistic attitude. This just shows how unethical the drivers could potentially be.

Met a very rude driver who insisted to drop at another location even I nicely directed him before reaching the destination. Furthermore Customer Service of Gojek does not know how to handle the situation. Did not bother to read the content before responding to me. Utterly disappointed with Gojek. Will not ride with Gojek anymore

I had the misfortune of booking a car with Gojek recently, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. After waiting for a whopping 20 minutes, the driver was nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse, instead of heading towards my pickup location, the driver seemed to be driving further and further away, leaving me stranded and clueless about what to do next.

In a desperate attempt to salvage the situation, I tried to contact Gojek’s customer support, only to find out that there was no way to reach them. It was as if they had vanished into thin air, leaving customers like me hanging in limbo with no assistance whatsoever.

After the incident, I reached out to their customer support in hopes of finding some sort of resolution, but all I received was a generic, templated response that did nothing to address my concerns. It’s clear that Gojek not only fails to deliver on its promises of reliable transportation but also lacks the basic decency to provide adequate support to its customers when things inevitably go wrong.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid using Gojek at all costs. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction are simply unacceptable.

Consistently awful experiences, always.

Customer service seems to consist of people with a very low IQ. They can not communicate. They have trouble reading and understanding what is written.

Wait for ages. In the middle of the day, not busy. Driver cancels. Utter garbage.

We take some Gojek in our trip to Bali, the experience was very poor, in our fist ride I forget my graduated glasses in the taxi and they said they weren’t in and they recommended my, in the future, to check before to leave the taxi. The second time the driver ask us the doble of the rate showed in the app as we didn’t agree he canceled the ride, and the last one stop the taxi 10 minutes walking far away, because there was a lot of traffic we have to carrying 2 suitcases each!! Incredible!! I don’t recommend at all!

Beware of a driver under the name Cesi Tahan Galumbang ! He’s a scammer, he will trick you and steal your money. Keep your eyes open and make sure to avoid him. Plate number 3k557FCL

For the last 10 days, it is a pity !
Finding a driver
is more and more difficult, drivers do not stop to cancel the rides. I received a notification telling me that my account will be canceled if I do cancel again !!!
It was the best apos before, now it becomes to be an hell!
I will switch to Grab or Maxim if it happens again...
