Working with Koala is always easy, honest and straightforward, whether I'm working from the Wyndham Hub or making my own listings. I've been working with them for several years.

I'm hoping the Koala is popular on searching platform to help rent,so far my listing sold one looking for complete and more future listing success.

It was a very enjoyable experience with the appropriate amount of information for the vacationer. The whole process went very smooth! My only suggestion and this applies to Wyndham Bonnet Creek, is to inform the vacationer that there is no maid service, or was it available? The only other comment would be mentioning check out procedures such as doing dishes, taking out trash, etc.
Overall experience was excellent!

Easy and painless booking

I had been looking to book our trip at several sites and they were all the same , then I saw an ad on tv for Koala and thought I’d try it. I’m glad I did because it was easy, straight forward and I saved 200 from the best price I had for the exact same room at the same resort.

Koala advises it's VIP listers to offer the most renter-friendly cancellation policies possible. Problem: Folks rent your listing, then cancel 2-3 weeks later, leaving it up to you to re-instal your previous parallel listings with TUG and Vacation Candy, etc. This turbulence gets frustrating. I'm now on the 2nd go-around with 2 properties. I'd much rather have a rented booking stay rented. So I can't give Koala top marks...yet. Koala does not yet handle lesser known timeshares, such as Festiva, so it's hard to say I get full benefit from using Koala as compared, say, to Redweek.

Marie who handles Kauai Marriott vacations is absolutely the best!! She is prompt and super helpful. I have had the pleasure to work with her for several years now .She always helps me out when I’m in need of accommodations and offers me several options to suit my needs! Thank you Koala!! Love the island of Kauai and thus property has it all!

I signed up because I was told this was the thing to do! Sounded great! I think $300-$400 a year is excessive for what you get. Basically nothing but an app to list your timeshare on. After almost 8 months finally a rented week.

The simplicity of this site to list my timeshare and deal with the guest once booked is quite a relief from the other listing platforms.
