Easy and simple to rent out our unused weeks.

I'm a host. I rent my unused timeshares on Koala site.
I had a great experience with Koala. The Koala site has the seamless posting/booking process (for both Hosts and Renters), it's very easy and efficienct. Navigating the site is very intuitive and straightforward. It's simple to navigate the platform and book your desired location. 
I also want to note the excellent assistance to onboard the Koala site/payout option I've received from Terri Trout one of the Koala staff.
She was absolutely amazing in going above and beyond the call of duty in resolving all my issues as a first-time user. 
Overall I'm very happy with my current rental results on the Koala site.

This is the second time I’ve used Koala to book a vacation. The resort options available are excellent, the prices are great, and the process is simple. I’ll be back for my next vacation booking!

I continue to enjoy the convenience of using the Koala platform to manage bookings fast and efficiently. There still appears to be a large disparity in the Koala team's assistance regarding the advertisement of listings. I've created listings that have much larger discounts than others of like kind and listing dates; however, certain owners/timeshare brokers consistently have their listings labeled "Hot Deals" with discount percentages shown. I never ask for special treatment, but expect equal and fair treatment. This is my only concern. I think Koala can be an awesome Timeshare Rental avenue if this issue is resolved.

The tutorial we recently took was well developed and well received. I do look forward to your rolling out the "supercharging" to your core website seamlessly, but the temporary workaround is fine for now. We rented our unit within 2 weeks of listing it and had not rented it for two years prior. Good job, Koala.

I like the fact that I have one lady who is helpful. Her name was Marisol. Other than that it says I’m a VIP member yet. When I call it tells me to go online if I have questions. I was expecting a direct line or to talk to somebody and not wait two days to get a reply. I also like that it did eventually get leased out. I felt the communication was my only issue and it was a little confusing when changing over to the guest information

I was a little nervous about the site but after some research I figured I would give it a try. It was a very smooth transaction I’m very excited about our stay. I’m hope it goes smoothly at check in. If check in goes well I will use this site again.
