Unprofessional delivery service
In my experience GLS are the worst delivery company. They have failed to delivery any item I have purchased. I have had to collect my items at random neighbours (and I live in the country side) where they have been delivered to. The last item has been lost which I am still trying to follow up and get refunded. In the future I will be requesting the name of the delivery company before I purchase an item so that I can avoid using this company.

Adding to my previous review, I'm still not impressed about the fact that I got an email that my order was delivered on the night of 16th Oct, when it wasn't.
Although, the order got delivered the following morning at about 12ish, and when I asked the courier he said he didn't know about the email that it was from the office.
Why mislead your customers?
I was prompted to write the review cos I have had similar encounter with a few different services before.
I'm going to delete the first review, and I have another parcel on the way with you.
If it's delivered without any misleading message, you get a favourable review in return.

I didn’t received my parcel
I didn’t received my parcel, the gls delivery have to contact before hand and snapshoot the parcel when they drop the package at our doorstep. I have lost my parcel which is I paid dearly!!!

Very disappointing delivery
When the driver arrived, we was talking on the phone so I opened my front door and waited for him to get the delivery out of the van. Whilst still on the phone, he left the package in the middle of the driveway. As it was a package I couldn't move alone, I had to empty the contents in the middle of my driveway as it started to rain. I cannot understand why delivering packages to the door when someone is there to accept them is not standard practice!

Can I give a company below a 1 star
Can I give a company below a 1 star? If I could it would be this company. They have a delivery for me from Temu (I know…) since before yesterday. No efficient way to track the order. I called them today as Temu has given me credit for the delay. Was told by a hugely incompetent “customer service agent”, “you’ll get the delivery between 9 and 6 today”, their tracking advised “out for delivery”. Not like An Post or DHL who will text you and advise a time. By the way the “customer service agent” sounds like a rude 14 year old with more issues then the RTE Guide. And his colleague just as bad.

I am reluctant to even call this a service...
I received a notification from GLS saying that my package had been delivered, there was no sign of it anywhere. I emailed and called several times and heard nothing back, I then finally received an email saying we're no longer checking this inbox please email a different address, STILL heard nothing back but recived an email from them asking me to review my customer service experience. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. I've taken a look through other reviews and it seems that the only way to get them to respond is to complain but all of their responses suggest contacting customer service which means the issues will never get resolved because there is clearly no one answering the phone as you get put on hold almost as soon as you call the customer service number.

GLS lost my parcel
GLS lost my parcel. A gent who claimed to be the driver CLAIMED that he left it at the gates despite four cars being in the drive, and still loads of space remaining for him. IF he did actually leave it hundreds of yards from our front door then it must have been stolen.
GLS refuse to compensate me but keep on asking the same questions repeatedly.
Definitely THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with any courier. Or any other type of business
Meaningless answer from GCS Ireland this morning seeking details which I have previously sent on many occasions.

I wouldn’t call it a delivery when all the driver did was throw on the driveway, took a picture of it on his phone & walked away as I’m 84 years old I find it hard to bend down as I have back trouble, when I called him & said you should have handed it to me he just shrugged his shoulders & drove away, disgraceful 😡

Delivery email but no package?
The delivery was made but I didn't know about it until I happened to walk up to the gate. If the GLS driver doesn't want to open the gate (simple push button) and drive down perhaps he/she can call me to let me know where the package is. Thank you.

The "worst" experience I have ever had…
The "worst" experience I have ever had with a courier was with GLS. Despite being contacted via email and 'phone several times over a fortnight this company lied and failed to collect and deliver my bookings with them. I cancelled my orders and will never, ever deal with this crowd again. it is not a service, run by foreign workers who cannot communicate articularly in English and give excuses for non-delivery of goods! The "worst" so-called delivery servicw!!!
