I didn't want to indulge myself and buy one of the most expensive items out there. I wanted to pull myself back and say I didn't need the 5g. But here I am abroad, teaching online, in a foreign country, where both the hotel wifi and the local sim card I bought, failed one day. I used my Glocal Me Numen Air, with a 4g GM plan for the first time and it worked clear as day. It then saved me again the next day when the same thing happened. Extremely pleased. As soon as Elaine came on her shift at 17:44 everything became easy. She first reviewed the chat string. Then she showed me how to find my phone imei. Then she accessed my account, forwarded my request to Clink. The next day I received an email giving me an extra 10%off my data package which was on sale again at a lower price.
