I like the flexibility of having WIFI anytime anywhere. However, the plans are confusing, and my consumption appears to be much larger compared to my carrier plan.

I’ve used GlocalMe for a couple of trips and haven’t had any issues. When I noticed I was running out of data, I simply added more to my plan. My battery lasts through a day of use, just make sure to charge it the night before.

The moblie wifi hot spot wont work and burned through the data plan every day we kept getting billing notices and we couldnt get and use out of the unit
We used a Hippo last time and it worked GREAT all through Europe please dont buy this unit

Worst internet company in the country. I’ve had them all since I’ve lived all over the USA. The speeds were so slow it would buffer more than not. They refuse to have anyone come out to find out why they show speeds different from what my computer shows! When I lost money working from home using there services I cancelled with them. Than they charged me 370 dollars for leaving them onto my credit card they keep on file. They kept charging me randomly. I finally had to block them. They are not transparent and refuse to help. Worse experience with any internet company.

SCAM!!! Ordered a product for $140 and needed it to reurn. After 6 months (!!) i got a return address and sended it back.
I never heard from them again. Nothing. Money is GONE!!! I have a simple advice:

When purchasing minutes, there is a wait until the previous purchase expires before you can use the new minutes. This can be inconvenient. I sent a complaint but did not receive a response.

It work really good for truck drivers I had it with me when I was over the road and was able to play games on a gaming pc with no lag or dropped service in any state or even in the mountains

Waste of money for me. I tried this in Grand Cayman and then again in Greece and failed both times. The first time I was on the phone with support for over 1 hour and got nowhere.

This has to be the most useful travel tool ever. It’s an absolute dream to use - simple and efficient. The app makes very clear what packages are available and at what price.,Then, you simply hook up and use your very own portable wifi. Just LOVE IT!!

Had a problem with the device as we couldn't connect to the WiFi. Spoke with Lucas who talked us through the issues and it turned out we had registered the device to my wife's email but the data package to mine!? After Lucas explained what to do it all worked perfectly.

Our family bought SIMboX devices for hundreds of dollars and not use it for last two years. Now when we need to use it, this company ask for service [100 mins of use] 10€ per month. It is cheating customers! When we bought there is no idea to pay for service, now they ask for 10€ but tomorrow maybe will be 100€... Just for fee coverage 🤣 also, they services are terrible, can not register new user on UK or Serbian mobile number, must ask for link to email registration on WEB. Also, VIP [🤣] membership payment from app does not work, support send me link on web to pay... stay away from this company services and devices.

They are CHEATERS! I bought two SIMBOX device to use my SIM cards when roaming and paid hundreds of USD for devices. NOW THEY ASK FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF 10€ PER MONTH FOR SERVICE! PLEASE AVOID THIS CHEATERS IN WIDE CIRCLE!

Ive been a customer from GlocalMe where the network may not always work depending on the country. Ive encountered multiple issues with the data in this company and everytime i reach out, the support is not as helpful as i much i expect considering how expensive their devices are for a hotspot. Now, today ive had multiple issues and reach out to their customer service and came across Diana. Diana was the first agent that really went to find a solution for my issue. Felt inmense gratitute as she saved me a lot of frustration! Thank you Diana.

I was very pleased with my recent contact to the support team. I accidentally activated a new device with the wrong account but Diana helped me internally with the transfer of the included data balance to the correct account. Friendly, quickly & straight forward, as it should be.
