We have 3 GlocalMe devices (2x NumenAir / 1x G3) in use for a couple of years now and I've had many talks (email) with their support. Amazing devices and almost immediate respons from support, can't be better than that. Today Jenny helped me out to get the (somewhat older) G3 device to work again, fantastic!

Found I had 15 minutes to finish using about 29 gb which is mostly impossible. Lucas resolved this concern over and above my expectation of the typical internet customer service response of, "There is nothing that can be done!" GlocalMe has been very helpful. To be able to put on your hotspot and use the internet when needed is a good thing. I however do not like the fact that you lose the data that is left at the end of the expiration period.

DREADFUL. THIS NUMBER 3 and will get sent back as soon as I am at home. Cost of data is ridiculous. This “company” do not refund PAID FOR DATA when the gadget does not work. To be honest THIS one has worked VERY intermittently today- perhaps twenty minutes ALL DAY.
This is a scam. Are the reviews a con? It would not surprise me.
