GlocalMe customer service is excellent and fast using WhatsApp. I am a new customer and I got helped understanding how to use the app to get
to my purchased packages. I travelled to the Philippines from US and have what I need.

I like the hotspot and cord all in one is great.

This is the first time I got an associate who understood what I needed and supplied the answers I was looking for. She was very patient and took her time to explain what I was looking for. She is a definite asset to your company and she should be used to teach others. This is the first time I did not leave frustrated. Kudos to her.

Never have any problems using Glocalme, but this time I needed to upgrade the device as I received a message when ordering new data that a G3 would most likely not work in many countries.
I did a quick check and most of Europe has already stopped supporting the 3g network. I went to the Glocalme web site and and started a web chat to check if a data package I was ordering could be transferred from the old device to the new device. Lorraine very quickly confirmed that it was possible and what steps I needed to do. Problem solved.

Lorraine responded immediately to the request for help, she was very patient about the fact that my English is terrible and she was able to give me all the information I needed to choose the product I need to buy.

GlocalMe is very reliable. Few weeks ago, I went to a field visit in a very remote area together with some colleagues. Upon reaching the site, all of my companions struggled because all of them can’t access their internet, except ME because I am forever using GlocalMe for almost a decade now. I commend GlocalMe for this, keep it up. Likewise, the customer service team is very professional in giving advice 24/7 most especially Lucas, Stephen and other staff whom I always communicate whenever needed. With that I am forever thankful!

I have used to Glocal Duo for many years. It is easy to set up and provide a mobile hotspot for several devices. I have had an issue with a data plan that was quickly resolved by Lorraine in customer service. I cannot endorse the awesome GlocalMe more 😊😊😊

Travelling internationally sometimes poses a risk using unsecured Wi-Fi networks. Having a secure connection is worth the price. The cloud sim works seamlessly and no need for local plans or SIM cards is a major plus.
