Josh Little from Gemini consistently goes above and beyond in providing ICT support for our school. He always arrives on site with a positive attitude and a smile, and no task ever seems too much trouble for him. His professionalism and dedication make a real difference to our day-to-day operations.

Jamaal and Mihai from the Gemini office also provide excellent remote support whenever possible. Most issues are resolved within 30 minutes of a ticket being logged, which is incredibly valuable in a busy school environment. Their responsiveness, expertise, and dedication are always greatly appreciated.

Overall, the support from the Gemini team is outstanding, and we would highly recommend their services to anyone in our local area.

Josh is so helpful and patient and has fixed many minor IT issues I have experienced in the past.

I had horrendous problems with my phone for a week. No-one at Global4 seemed capable of sorting it. I use the phone all day long and it was very stressful.
This morning Oli Budd called and within 20 minutes he had everything working as it should, he was helpful and knowledgeable, I just wish he had spoken to me a week ago! I could have given a 1 star review but because Oli was so great, I will be kind and give a 5 star review!!
