I made a mistake with my order, but when I contacted Glass2Go the customer service was excellent. Adam helped me sort it all out quickly and professionally, and everything was resolved perfectly. Really happy with the way it was handled – great service and I’d definitely recommend!

I needed 5 replacement double glazed units and came across Glass2go whilst browsing.Simple process ordered online and got a estimated delivery date.Arrived as planned. All went ok from start to finish and price couldn't be beaten.

It's only when you suddenly realise…
It's only when you suddenly realise that you have been going back to the same store for as much as 15 years, that you realise that they must be a good place to go.
The service good and although you can spend a lot, you can also get bargains. They take care of you, have up to date equipment that gives you confidence that they are giving you the best service.
I keep going back so why would you not try them?

Although the delivery was a day later than originally planned, the service at Glass2Go was excellent. The glass was a fantastic fit, and the quality of the glass was perfect. Really pleased with the end result – worth the short wait!
Will be buying again.

Easy to order and cheapest online by far. I received a delivery date within 20mins for delivery today which has only taken 5 days to deliver for free. Glass arrived this morning and fits perfect. Very impressed!! Will definitely be back. Thanks

Do not order from this website
Do not order from this website, It’s a scam. You place your order they take your money and you get an order confirmation then nothing. I have tried contacting them many times and had no response back and still not received my item. This is happening to a lot of people. I have reported this to my bank and also the police. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GLASS2GO.CO.UK AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

No glazing delivered or response to emails
They haven't delivered my glazing order and have failed to respond to my emails (no contact phone number). I'll be seeking a refund via my credit card provider. Please avoid.
