Gives You Joy is such an amazing, valuable resource. I have used it and lots of people that I know have too. Its been a fantastic resource for me, its encouraged me to go out walking and socialise, which has had a great impact to my mental health. Of course, one size doesn't fit all but Gives You Joy meets you right where your at and supports you on getting on the right track! Highly recommend!!!
