The customer service was amazing! I had my pressure washer for a little over a year before it stopped working, but with the 24 month warranty that was no problem at all. After diagnosing the issue, They sent me a new within a week. All I had to do was provide them with a little information. 10/10

Let's start by saying Girrafe products are awesome!
I got the retractable vacuum about a year ago for my shop and can't tell you how easier it has made my life, when I first got out i faced a small technical issue but the support was on point.
Last month ordered the retractable pressure washer as well and again it's an awesome product.
Just couple days ago ordered the retractable hose which should be arriving very soon, I can't give you any feedback on that yet but if it's anything like their other products, then I'm a happy man.

Great customer service, easy communication and fast resolution

I had purchased 3 new hose reels for my home about a year ago. I started having problems with one of the retraction guides not wanting to align the hose at it retracted back into the housing. I contacted Giraffe Tools about this thinking it might be something I can adjust or fix with this help. I didn't expect them to send me a brand-new replacement but that's what they did. They were quick to reach out and offer support and kept me up to date on shipping. Their customer support is exceptional! This is a company I will continue to purchase from.

Excellent customer service and an outstanding product! I use my hose frequently, and it’s incredibly easy to handle. I’ve gone through many standard hoses before—most ripped because of their inner tubing or were too heavy for my wife to use. Giraffe has truly raised the bar for the competition.

I bought a second pressure washer because my first one was amazing. Unfortunately, the second one was faulty. Luckily, Chassy was great to deal with and sent me a replacement within a few days. Very happy with their service!

I purchased a Giraffe Tools 90-foot Retractable Hose Reel in June 2024. I used this reel several times a week for the past 17 months. It has worked flawlessly and is such a time saver that I really don't think I want to do any lawn maintenance without it. My family loves this hose reel. Then, earlier this week, the hose would not retract all the way. I informed Giraffe Tools on a Monday of the issue. Giraffe Tools shipped me a new hose reel, which I received on Friday, four days later! This is an example of outstanding customer service! I bought the retractable hose power washer and it worked great...until something went wrong with the high pressure. GT was amazing to deal with...they sent me a brand new washer post haste. Sadly, the new one had the same issue...no high pressure. Once again I contacted customer service..and with a little back & forth.. they are sending me a new power washer. Great customer service...your satisfaction is their utmost concern
