We've been using Gigiradar for a couple of months now, and were able to secure a couple of interviews. It takes some time (and knowledge) to get things going, but Sviatoslav was really helpful in that regard, and cleary explained how the tool works and how to leverage it's capabilities.

Gigradar is a great tool that takes some getting used to and learning how to use. If you're looking for a magic wand that will do everything for you, you're in the wrong place. But it can make your work much easier and improve your results.
Separately, I would like to mention the excellent active community, as well as the great support team. In particular, my manager Olena is very quick to respond to my questions, and very proactive in helping in all aspects. I especially liked that in the beginning she took the initiative herself and sent me analysis of my settings and tips on how to improve them.

It helps to increase the numbers of leads. In general, this tool works on the level of middle+/senior lead generation manager. The most challenged part was setuping a Gigradar account and customize it but manager Helen (Olena) helps with it as well. We received good and professionally support from her side. I can recommend this tool like one of the option to fill the sales funnel and increase a revenue.

Very useful tool for running an Upwork Agency

We’ve been using GigRadar for over a year now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how we manage our proposals. The built-in AI proposal writing assistant, especially its ability to work overnight and on weekends, has been a real time-saver for us. It allows us to stay productive while focusing on client interactions.

Overall, this automation tool saves a lot of time for lead generation and works well when it’s set up correctly and closely monitored (it’s clear that “set and forget” doesn’t work here). However, some technical issues keep coming back, even after the tech team fixes them when I report about them.

I really like how quickly it lets me bid on proposals. With Upwork being so competitive, the tool generates proposals super fast. I also bid manually, but I don’t get nearly as many views on my proposals as I do with Gigradar’s manager. That said, sometimes the quality of the bids suffers and the cover letters can seem very basic/generic even after trying different prompts.

On the plus side, the product is constantly improving with new features, which shows they’re listening to customer feedback. And I have to give big kudos to the support team - they really care about their customers!

They continuously improve the service, without making it more complicated. Never saw something similar to GigRadar and as useful as it.

If you need to automate your lead generation, this is a great service. It works constantly, even when you are not working.
It is also worth noting that you will need to understand how this service works. Be prepared that it will take you some time to understand the settings. This may take 1-2 weeks. But once you understand how to configure the scanners, you will be most satisfied with the result.
The service is definitely worth paying attention to, you will quickly compensate for the costs of GigRadar.
