they ̶s̶c̶a̶m̶m̶e̶d̶ unauthorizedly charged me.

they reached out about a potential collab, made me pay $5 to "activate it" or some shit, and then ghosted me.

a month has passed and I just got charged $5 AGAIN for something I never even used, and they keep ignoring me.

do not trust them.

EDIT: of course after I left the review they saw it and issued the refund, asking me to take it down. so I'm making this edit to say yes I got the refund, though I still don't trust them that much...I mean had I not left a review I'd probably still be out that money.

Gigradar experience was awesome!

Gigradar is a handy tool and saves a lot of time. They continue to add enhancements which is much appreciated.

The software simply works. It does what it says on the tin, and let's be honest, that's pretty rare in today's world, haha.

Gigradar helped to get confidence in my lead generation process and helped to make it automatic, so I can focus on other company activities that speed up my business and increase daily efficiency. Happy to use it!

The team is very helpful

We’ve seen very promising results with Gigradar — the conversion rate we’re getting is noticeably higher than what we achieved with traditional lead generation approaches. It’s clear that their strategy works, and the product they’ve built is solid.

That said, during the first month, we ended up sending fewer proposals compared to what we used to with our own leadgen process. So while the conversion is great, the total number of leads we’re getting is currently about the same as before.

Still, it’s a strong start. Their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful — special thanks to Sviat and Maria for their insightful consultations. We’re continuing to test and optimize with Gigradar, and I’m confident there’s even more potential ahead.

Gigradar is an amazing product! Secured two deals within my first week. Very easy setup and smooth onboarding process. Originally had a demo call with Sviat who walked me through the software and answered any questions in depth, extremely helpful. I then had a onboarding call with Mariia who helped me setup everything correctly and has been constantly available for support whenever needed.

Overall a nice experience. Very prompt and polite support must be the best aspect with GigRadar. Enjoyed my time working with them.
