I've been working with them for over a year now, and the results have been great. The tool itself is awesome and saves a lot of time, but the best asset is the support team. They're always there to answer questions and help you make the most out of the platform

I was deciding between GigRadar and one of their competitors, but what really sold me on their service was the fact that their team responded on weekends, worked with our alloted budget, and helped answer all of our questions in a timely manner, whether it was 8 AM or 11 PM, which just shows the level of customer service. As for the product itself, absolutely helps our agency save so much time on Lead Generation, and we are very grateful. Big thanks to Vlad M for being so responsive and working with our needs. Gigradar has made our lives better and less stressful. Using their AI agent, we made bids in just 15 min 24/7 without any boosting, while our View (open) rate increased dramatically and our Response rate is as high as our custom texts.

Their team helped out with all tech settings, and Vlad Marchenko adjusted the AI agent perfectly.

To summarize, Gigradar revealed at least 50% of our lead gen manager's workload, allowing us to devote that time to other sales channels and directions.

Gigradar is a great leadgen tool. Vadym Ovcharenko used to build a great product and community of upwork users whether it is a freelancer or an agency.
They are improving a lot of things to help their users increase the number of leads and decrease CAC.

We signed up for Gig Radar towards the end of August and have been able to close three deals so far. The way this platform is set up is absolutely amazing and ease of use is second to none. We just had to invest some time upfront to set the scanners and then the bidding is literally on autopilot.
Julia has been really helpful through out the boarding process and still remains helpful as of today.

Great service to use if you want to boost your Upwork activity. Support is very fast and helpful. Also, Helen Zhuravska is a great specialist who helps during the whole work process.

I was close to giving 4 stars but I can't help but admit i've gotten some pretty great results with the platform.

UPDATE: I got my scanners set up correctly and actually had to shut them off because I was getting too many new clients which is INSANE!! Love gigradar and im so excited to continue to grow with them

As a busy agency owner who spends 90% of my time on service delivery, lead gen has been difficult to keep up with. I built my business off upwork because theres less warm up, but I never had the dedicated time to find jobs and apply.

Having gigradar has changed the game on that.

I'll be real - the first two months I (almost) hated it. Setting up the scanners was confusing, I couldnt get the ai to generate prompts correctly and I totally wasted upwork credits.

The key here was ASKING FOR HELP. If you're confused, reach out to support or your account manager. Once I asked for help, they got my scanners in working order & helped me fix my AI proposal template. Then it was off to the races, and I closed every lead I got that month.

The cherry on top of this experience was having a dedicated account manager (Sviatoslav) who was able to help me get set up and on the right path.

In short - if you really take the time to set it up correctly gig radar can change how you use upwork and save you a ton of time. Im excited to keep growing with them.
