I signed up when Gigradar advertised a credit-based plan and stated that the payment card on file could not be removed. A couple of days before the renewal, I emailed them asking for automatic payments to be disabled.

Nevertheless, I was charged $399 without warning. I requested an immediate refund, but support cited a “no-refund” policy and refused. Even if such a policy exists, denying a same-day refund for an unused service is, in my view, completely unethical.

Things got worse. After I posted my first review, Gigradar contacted me over email and said they would only process the refund if I deleted the review. Conditioning a refund on review removal feels like blackmail, not customer service.

To be clear: I never used the renewed service, yet my refund was withheld. The time and stress this has cost far outweigh any value I might have received.

I’m not judging Gigradar’s platform features, but I strongly urge potential customers to think twice about a company that operates this way

Cool. Still doesn’t explain why you need full access to someone’s agency before showing how the product actually works.

“We don’t take the $20 Upwork fee!”
Nobody said you did. The real question is why I’m being asked to pay you and Upwork without even a proper walkthrough.

Because apparently mocking potential customers is easier than being transparent.

“The case studies are real, we promise!”
Right — but the clients conveniently left Upwork or went off-grid. Super convincing.

“Is it scraping? Or magic?”
Or maybe it’s just smoke and mirrors wrapped in cheeky copy.

If you spent half as much effort on the actual product as you do on these sarcastic responses, we might not be here. But hey — thanks for confirming my decision to walk away was the right one.

I'm using GigRadar for more than 5 months and so far the experience was great. We get 3-4 new meetings booked every week and save lots of time on bidding.

They don't have an official integration with Upwork but they integrate using a business manager so it’s even more safe with access level control and I can compare it with my manual manager.

GigRadar works well for us. It consistently brings in leads, though we initially needed to fine-tune the scanners.

My experience with GigRadar is good. First I talk with Sviatoslav, he explain me everything and answer all questions I had. After that we had onboarding call, and they show me how to use the platform.

But GigRadar is not some magic stick, I have to really spend time to setup scanners and improve. Support give me tips and then things start working ok.

Till now I got 3 projects using GigRadar. So I am happy with it. Thank you!

One of the most annoying thing is that gigradar store your card information and there is no way to remove the card once added. You will lose everything one you stopped their subscriptions . I had meetings with them several time to get upwork jobs in web application development but after spending 1000 connects I have 1 message replies and 0 sales. I think manual bidding is better, and you should skip Gigradar too.

We started with GigRadar about 2 weeks ago. The proposal view rate is 45%+ on all campaigns. Onboarding with Sviat was such a great experience.

This view rate is without boosting the proposals and wasting money on it. Response rate is also close to 10% on all proposals submitted.

I love the advanced filters and prompts we can put in. Definitely worth a shot as manually doing stuff on upwork is not efficient.
