I'm not new to UpWork, but finding myself "in-between clients" in my small agency, we weren't having much luck with one of my employees submitting proposals full time. Problem was, by the time we would find a job with a potentially good match for us, we were several hours after the job had posted and now looking at being one of 50 proposals sent to that potential client.

GigRadar changed all that for us.
