Tax Returned Limited Arvostelua 

I give one star because I can't give zero.
They don't answer to my emails, no phone contact doesn't work.
I have a few years of taxes return and they are keeping my money, I don't know for how long...

Asked them to look into a tax refund for when I worked in the hospitality industry to claim money for my uniform and washing my clothes etc because I was struggling. Never again! That was over 1 years ago and I never received a cheque they claimed to “owe me money”. I emailed and spoke to HMRC who sent me a letter in the post to say that they removed them from my account in October 2024!! and whatever tax refund is issued should be going to me and they never should’ve cashed the cheque. This also includes my recent tax refund I’m owed from this year!. Funny enough, you can’t even call the company as they have an automated service to say they do not handle calls. I wonder why!!

Out of the £50 HMRC owed me I got nothing back! Very disappointed to say the least

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are scammers and once you give your details they will take your tax returns charge you 25% plus £50 charge and vat on top. I had a tax return of £65.08 they took the cheque and I ended up with nothing!! I know this is not o lot of money but it was mine and they have tricked me out of it. I'm fuming 😡.

The tax office wrote and said my refund cheque had been sent to this company but at no point have I signed anything so this is fraud - avoid at all costs and report

SCAMMERS tricked people and accepted fake signature and email of another address to steal money from vulnerable adult.

I was due my HMRC SELF ASSESSMENT Refund, the payment had been issued on the 27th may 2025, but on June 3rd 2025, HMRC stopped my payment as this company had conta Ted them stating they had authorisation as a third party representative from 2016, nearly 10 years ago.
Today I have had to contact HMRC and find out where the payment is, they informed me that this company had applied and claimed for the refund to the sum of £1,638.00.
This payment had already cleared HMRC Security checks and payment was issued to be paid direct to myself.
HMRC also informed me that this is not the first time that they have issues with this company doing this to numerous people.
I have had to again apply for the refund today and will now have all the same checks completed before a payment will be issued again to me.
They also mentioned that this could happen again even though iv applied for a Refund Direct with HMRC for the second time.
Iv been advised to report this to Action Fraud.
I have now made sure that NO agent is representing me or filing my Self Assessments.
BE WARNED AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS FRAUDULENT AND THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD FOR THEM TO OPEN A CASE FILE.

DEAL WITH HMRC YOURSELF AND MAKESURE NO ONE HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT YOU FOR YOUR TAX REFUND THAT YOUVE WORKED FOR.

Very easy to complete, I've done it before and all was done well, I look forward to a smooth experience as well also.

I received a refund of £128 and they took 28% inclusive of their £50 charge so essentially 78% meaning I received a grand total of £28 do it yourself!!!

I am very angry as without my knowledge I ended up with this company and they robbed me over £150 in tax return . I want my money back as didn’t need your services . I can not even unsubscribe from it. It was a scam facebook post. ROBBERS that’s what you are . With £150 I could fed my family for 2 weeks , not given to you for doing nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Absolute scum bags. Contracted hmrc without my permission. Then from a £100 tax refund. I received £6

They told me I was due a tax return,then told me that it was only a small amount and that because it was small they would claim MY tax return as charges,so they kept it all,I suggest go direct to HMRC and get it direct from them all you need is to open account rather than go down this nice little scam they have going
